Dirty sheets
AI meant to be till 12, but arrived here and found out it s only till 11:30
Adult bar advertised to us, but no longer in use, if you want a drink you have to go down the elevator (5 floors) and get a drink.. only one member of bar staff for the hotel! Reason being new management
AI cocktail of the day advertised as all inclusive on drinks menu, but then asked to pay 4 for it, with bar staff saying its not all inclusive although stated otherwise
Less AI selection at pool bar? Strange
Stupid shower design.. leaks if your shower is too long or powerful
Cockroaches in the girls downstairs bathroom
Not many umbrellas by pool
Limited sunbeds
Limited hot food in restaurant
Utterly rude and unreasonable staff despite maybe 1 person, everyone we have encountered during our stay has ruined our experience with their unwelcoming approach despite 1 male staff member in the bar who was kind (I think his name was olvio?)
Upon arrival our safe was not working, so after ringing reception and being told it would take 10 mins to get help, we waited 30 mins for the technician to come up just to put in a 4 digit code to reset the safe!

Overall:
As a young couple, we enjoy the modern design of the hotel, and how close it is to the town! In terms of the adult bar, staff have been neither accommodating or even kind but rather rude and blunt; treating us with little respect! with a few overall changes it has some potential. As all inclusive guests I find it would be more value for money to book a stay as half board guests instead considering the quality of food and drink on the all inclusive basis!( not even any water for the room!)

If you re here to avoid any simple human interaction, or just wanting to take nice pictures.. then I d recommend!
