Downtown hotel. Good location 500 meters from the train station. And 5 minutes walk from the center.

Rather than a pricey business hotel, good location but ugly building. There are more interesting and visually appealing as well as familiar hotels with charm in Vienna which are similar in price or even cheaper.

Not appealing from the outside. But then ... dignified charm in the entrance hall simply by the presence of the porters. Charming and helpful to every guest. There is a large bar on the ground floor where you can enjoy Viennese specialties during the day and one or more drinks in the evening. Breakfast very good, huge selection. Rooms more for business travelers. Not particularly appealing, rather sober.

Great place to leave your luggage if you go for a walk in the park! Good Cafe to wait for my Uber to the airport

Good hotel, in a good location, however. If you do not have room service, you can not say that you have the category you have. Well connected to the airport but nevertheless few places to, for example, be in the vicinity

This comment only relates to the bar. The hotel is excellent. Have never been treated worse by a waiter than at this place. Extremely rude and snappy answers. Definitely not worthwhile your precious time...

This hotel also deserves to be able to have breakfast! I often travel for work and see different hotels, but I must say that a breakfast like here, I have memories. Very varied, there is a lot of choice and all of excellent quality.
As for the rooms, they are comfortable and well-kept, they need to be updated a bit in terms of furnishings. The bathroom is not that big.

Supposedly a very nice hotel - over the last 5 years I have stayed at about 200 nights in various Sheraton, Westins, about 200 in Marriotts and about 30 in Hilton and Hyatt hotels worldwide, and each one of them has me better than the IC Vienna. Was just so OK, room small, old, window lets through some noise, small bathroom. Stop ok but I would have just given 3 stars, in each Crown plaza (same chain) I liked it better.

Very friendly professional hotel staff and very nice rooms

As every year, TIM always reserves to us, Top of the Convention, in fantastic places. The hotel is a great 5-star hotel in a central location for walking to the center or any target of interest. The rooms are large, comfortable and spacious although in my opinion a little to be renewed as the services available for customers. Overall to spend 2 nights even for a truly remarkable weekend!

Simply great: food, drinks excellent; very attentive service! Highly recommended!

It's the ugliest building in Vienna, so come inside where you can't see it! The rooms are a bit dated and the lobby is a bit old-fashioned, but you didn't come all this way to stay in your room! It's a quick walk to the Opera, or to Stephansdom, and nice home base for Christmas Market shopping.

I especially liked that the staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is very good, wide selection. What is also important to me is that you can completely darken the windows with roller blinds. Beds are comfortable. In the room there is a coffee machine and kettle. From me 5 stars ...

Beautiful Hotel with a great location. Our room was amazing , staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is great in terms of location and expanded rooms and clean rooms. But the reception staff is not good, not friendly and ask you to pay attention when dealing with them. Where they have the moves and looks suspicious. Where it is possible to cheat and make you pay more or puts you in the rooms it is suitable for you. Very surprised of this global hotel puts such staff in the reception. The restaurant quite a bit but I would not advise it. Choices are limited and the service is very low.

The later the hour, the easier it is to find a seat at or near the bar.
One point of criticism: the cash machine in the garage really responds autonomously. - 2x tried to pay with banknote, different notes were used, 2x with the note banknote unreadable, rejected. Then I got beyond intervention at the barrier. Thank you help desk !!!

Genteel white-glove service in a classic luxury European setting. Great location across the street from a central U-Bahn stop and a few minutes walk away from the Old Town. A stop in at the chandelier-ringed bar with the attentive bartenders and a list of classic cocktails is a must.

Everything is clean, breakfast is very tasty and extremely friendly staff - especially I would like to mention restaurant manager Marko - with one his smile you will feel how people here are glad to see you

A luxury hotel with 80%, non-qualified, foreign staff from the Arab and ex-Yugoslav area which has strong validity. What a luxury hotel !!! which exploits these people by knowing that foreign employees will probably never complain about, probably, lousy payment ..... run down and worn .... used it as a refuge for asylum !!!

First time in Vienna for a wedding. It was a nice centralized hotel close to everything Vienna. The hotel is nothing to write home about but also nothing less than a luxurious experience meeting all expectations. I d stay there you r paying. Otherwise, I m perfectly fine with a local experience via airbnb. Oh, the lobby espresso is proper!

Personalised welcome to the room is definitely refreshing especially when you enter after travelling so much. Hotel is in just right place which gives you the access to explore the city easily especially with Metro station just opposite to it.! Nice breakfast and comfortable stay.! Would love to stay again.!

Very good location. In the great city center. You have the underground just crossing the street and you can move to every place in Vienna. Beatiful hotel. Delicious and very complete breakfast!

The location is good but the hotel needs some refreshing of the rooms. Internet base level speed is good and streaming works fine.

Great staff, great lounge, but rooms are a little tired and need modernising.

Beautiful lobby restaurant with live piano every night, gorgeous bar, helpful concierge, and elegant rooms. The club lounge on the 12th floor is very nice with a great breakfast selection and snacks throughout the day. Note that there is no pool. Also, if you're considering staying here, there is a stall in front of the hotel that sells mineral water, soda, etc. On par with the Intercontinental on Park Lane in London.

STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY

We were very disappointed about the experience. It was very different (worse) to what one may be used to from InterContinental. The room was tiny and totally run down.
