its steel looking not so nice from outside but inside its a perfect atmosphere

Upscale noble hotel. For this price range, the room or bathroom in my opinion are very small. Wifi unfortunately not free. Very good varied breakfast.

Beautiful property and located very close to first district. I walked to St Stephens Cathedral. I was upgraded to a suite room, which was large, welcome fruits and drinks, large bathroom and walk-in closet. We had a business conference and in all aspects, I found the hotel service to be quick and efficient.

This hotel will be our home for 3 nights. We check in as a group of more than 30. And this hotel have our keycard ready when we arrived.

Even our group have a lot of luggages. our luggages were send to our room in the estimated time as announced by our tour guide.

Room size is just average, but it is clean. There is coffee, chocolate and tea ready for you to prepare hot drink of your choice. The room have a kettle also for you to make hot water. There is an Iron stand and Iron also for you to press you clothing.

TV announcement message inform you that tap water here at intercontinental vienna is safe to drink. Also there are a lot of TV channels and also Movies that are Free for you to watch.

The breakfast area is in the ground floor and choices are good. You can experience a good breakfast in this hotel.

The hotel staff are kind.

This bar has a pleasant atmosphere! Always the same for decades, professional service, cocktails, music, a meeting place for people of all countries. And that's so nice!

The afternoon tea at the lobby Cafe Vienna was a fantastic experience of my stay in Vienna. The sweets are delicious and the price is reasonable. I had afternoon tea there twice and breakfast one time. I therefore chose this hotel for my last day in Vienna on Jan.25. Hopefully, the room will be as perfect as the afternoon tea and breakfast I had.

The rooms are already a bit old - nevertheless very friendly staff and a good place to visit Vienna. Subway is right in front of the hotel and the center of the city can be reached by a ten minuets walk!

Very nice hotel. I've stayed in a few Intercontinental hotels, but this one is high on the list.

Stayed for their Sunday Brunch, incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, delicious food and excellent pianist.

The location of this hotel is excellent and the lobby area is stunning with a beautiful bar nearby that we stayed in almost every night until the bitter end. Unfortunately the staff are not very helpful, upon arrival I asked for assistance with surprising another guest by putting a bottle of prosecco in their room and I was told that the staff member was actually very busy but they'd see. We were told we were upgraded to a luxury room but we couldn't identify anything luxurious about it. There was no water in our room either.

Service was contents suitable for 5 star hotel, but felt oldness of facilities.
The location is good with the subway station in front of you, and just looking at the view from the window makes a picture.
However, it is disappointing that I could not sleep well because the wall was thin and Ibiiki of the next room and the sound of using the shower came to me.

Was there the buffet try, the selection is huge you get offered. Special praise goes to the restaurant manager who has brought me and my company still delicious sweets from the patisserie and a small tour of the bar area

As always a nice experience in the bar. Very comfortable, food very good. Prices wine a bit high. Friendly staff! As long as the hotel is there we will gladly come back.

They took very great care of us. Wonderful food, great service, very beautiful. The staff could not do more. Their favorite words were of course. Ask anything and it was taken care of.

We loved it. Off coure it it more expensive then normal, it you "feel" the warm welcome. The people are so friendly and even my surprise for my girl, rhey helped me out. (Partner in crime)

Good location, opposite the city park, the National Concert Hall, the courtesy of the hotel staff, the room is small.

I can't say anything related to the hotel. But they helped me printing my bus ticket cause I needed to do it and everything was closed. Very helpful personal. 5 stars for that.

Great hotel situated right opposite a metro station! It's also a short walk from the main shopping district and other great tourist sites.

Service here is prompt a d professional with a 'no problem's attitude a d willingness to help.

Rooms are spacious and well appointed, and deliveries to the room are quick.

ICH, InterContinental Hotel Vienna (city of Wein) does have everything. And everything is of superior quality. Staff is also superior quality. A bit expensive but worth the cost if within your budget or (as my situation) you new to Vienna/Wein.

Good location, very good cleanliness, breakfast for all tastes. It would be necessary to better seal the windows. The rooms are a bit small. The prices are slightly higher compared to the quality of the services.

Champagne brunch! Certainly one of the best brunch in Vienna. First class food, best service. Worth every euro!

Huge hotel in the center of Vienna, needs some facelifting / renovation, building from inside is so warm but needs a bit of new architectural ideas.
Food was very good, we had some challenges with our potato soup but the manager managed to replace the platter quickly

The property is well located, the rooms in terms of space is pretty decent considering European standards and the service provided by the staff is exceptional.... The staff's service makes up for everything that you'd find lacking if any....

Good location, good staff, high costs in relation to services

Booked a club room in this hotel. Room was small and bathroom was a real disgrace. I had litterally to walk over the toilets to get into the shower. Otherwise hotel is good with nice lobby, bar and club lounge, location is good too. Had a great view from the room

We treated ourselves to a brunch here. The food was very good, the waiters were very friendly and served us regularly. There was also live piano music. Everything very exquisite.

Excellent hotel. Attention to detail. Restaurant food was high quality with excellent service. Breakfast buffet and other meals were meticulously prepared with vegan and vegetarian options included. Good conference facilities too.

Again great three course meal in the restaurant Parlor enjoyed. Attentive perfect service. Food on top level - congratulate the kitchen.
