Great. Rooms are well furnished and equipped. The uk/ universal sockets are a welcome touch. Nice pool that is relatively empty if you pick your time right. Breakfast is fine, though I'm not a fine if the American style bacon.

Was here for banquet food tasting. Service staff was superbly friendly and they make sure all our needs are met. Amazing service level! Food portion was huge and generous. Great!

Luxurious but yet comfortable hotel. Located next to Bugis Junction, a place where very popular among tourists. Nearby a lot of food market with reasonable price

Okay facility, I got rude looks from the staff which I'm assuming is from my age. The Conrad didn't have this problem

Banquet waiters and waitresses provide very good service compared to most other hotels. They even assisted to split the food portions equally and serve to individual guests at the table.

This is a great hotel, cozy and comfortable! Very nice restaurants and bar as well, the Lobby Lounge is fantastic for gathering!

Excellent location, well connected with public transport, bugis mrt is just below the hotel. Connected to both green and blue mrt lines. Hotel is connected to bugis junction and bugis+ for shopping and plenty of food outlets and restaurants to choose from.

A nice , clean and well maintained property with great food and drink. Well located near Bugis junction and with excellent room comforts too.

Food was good, except for 1 or 2 dishes that were either overcooked or undercooked. Service was slow and unresponsive. 2 thirds of my waiter request was completely unfulfilled.

Location is great with train interchange station, ambience has a cosy yet colonial feel. Service is excellent, staff are very polite and well trained

Over priced, dated hotel but well maintained.

Very disappointed to be charged $2.50 for each local call made from the hotel room which wasn't disclosed anywhere.

Front desk staff weren't upfront about a booking condition change.

Good location for after-dinner drinks but limited dining options. It is also confusing for guests to locate the exits which are far away from the frontdesk.

Big sized deluxe rooms for its location and extremely great value for the upgraded premier rooms with separate living room. Good accesible location with peranakan heritage architecture and decor preserved as part of the rooms.

We went there for Christmas Lunch and everything was very nice. Their celebrity chef was there walking around and making sure everything was in order. Every guests are given a ginger bread man as present as well.

Buffet breakfast was to die for. Central location. Newly renovated hotel. Small room though.

Good location as it is situated at town area. Facilities a bit dated but overall cosy.

The carpark entrance ramp along Middle Road is too steep. Beware of getting the base of your bumper or the belly of your car scratched if you are driving a low car or a long car. It's a real killer ramp!

Classic hotel with amazing staff. Stayed here on business for 9 weeks and loved it. Really good location to be able to just to get about. If you're club lounge - what would've been really good is being able to use that by the pool for drinks.

Intercon Hotel located at bugis junction. One of the shoppers goes to buy all their stuff. The hotel located beside a shopping mall and close to bugis mrt. The services in the hotel are great. Once you enter the hotel your are greeted by the friendly staff. The room are nice and clean.

Stayed with my visiting family for 11 days and 10 nights. Loved the stay throughout, with only slight issue of lack of replenishing of daily milk to the room, and that request for bedsheet change have to be done manually rather than a set period of days.

However the housekeeping of the room improved tremendously for the last 4 days of my stay and my family and I are very satisfied.

The rooms are clean and big. Unlimited mineral water. Its access is close to places to eat and shopping in Bugis.

Stayed in Intercontinental for 6 days and we had a great time, this hotel is situated right inside Bugis Junction and has direct access to Bugis Street nd Bugis MRT station from the ground floor, this hotel is also very close to Marina Waterfront and Singapore Flyer. Also the best part is we got a handy mobile phone for each room and they can be used for free local and international calls. very hospitable staff and very clean rooms, breakfast was decent but limited options for Indian food. overall great place and would love to stay here if we visit Singapore again.

The hotel is old and roasted like most Inter Classic hotels. The rooms are large in size. The neighborhood is close to everything. The hotel is surrounded by semi-popular markets and an average market, but it will not be my first choice at any upcoming visit.

The ceiling is high and the space is spacious.
