The ambience of the hotel gives a nostalgic feeling.

The lobby lounge is a nice quiet place to meet friends and visitors for a tea or something stronger.

Great hotel. Love the room, its classical yet comfy. The place is very clean and the staffs are friendly. But the best part for this place is that it is connected to Bugis Junction, so no need to hassle in the street. Furthemore the hotel is located around various restaurans across the street.

The ballroom is so pretty, suitable for events like wedding, prom, etc.

I think this is average inter continental standard. I do wish that the pool area was more "lively" in a way.

One of the best hotels hands down in Singapore with a modern and sleek atmosphere alongside perfect customer service. The rooms were 5 star quality and completely up to standard.

Convenient locatio and friendly staff. There's sometimes a line at reception, but concierge staff are usually happy to step in and help. Food is generally ok, both dine-in and for events, though bar prices have increased significantly over the recent years.

Unfortunately the hotel doesn't have a parking lot. They told me to use the Bugis Junction parking lot next door.

There are hotels that do certain things better but non that have such a broad appeal, the rooms, the restaurants, the lounge, the lobby and the service are all top notch, my favourite hotel in Singapore!

Room spares will be forgotten, wifi is very slow and unstable, the breakfast in the lounge is quite bad but the service staff is not bad, the location is excellent, the whole is a recommended hotel.

Ballroom and the lunch provided tasted great and service was fantastic.

The room is excellent, there's even a complimentary phone with data which you can bring everywhere as a wifi Hotspot or just a phone. The event that we had, however, had some hiccups, e.g. Wrong music during an important segment, wrong table arrangement. Overall, I would still say that this is a very good place to stay at.

Decor was very well done, supplies were well stocked.

Great hotel, excellent service and what I consider to be the best breakfast in Asia. The restaurant really goes above and beyond on quality and selection. If someone knows of a better hotel buffet breakfast, I'm happy to try it if possible. Yummy.

When to Ash and Elm to celebrate my wife birthday. The meal was delicious, there are good spreads of choses on the buffet.

The decoration equipment is dilapidated, the advantage is convenient location

I use it here every time in Singapore. It is very good that the business lounge is calm and the detailed service of the Club Lounge. Also, you can stay calm without hearing the noise from the next room whenever you go.

When I stayed at Christmas with my wife, chocolate dessert was prepared in my room and I was impressed by the depth of the service.

It is directly connected to Bugis shopping mall, so shopping and food are convenient.

Great hotel! Friendly staff! Easy check in & check out! If you re lucky you can have early check in! Breakfast many variety and delicious! But they do not separate halal & non-halal food, so be careful if you re muslim.
The room is big! I have 2 big double bed!

Just talk about the location of this hotel. It's great This 5* hotel is located centrally & beside a mall, Bugis Junction and Bugis MRT. There's a 2nd mall called Bugis+ across the road, connected by a link bridge from Bugis Junction. Beside Bugis+ is a walking street shopping arcade ,Bugis Village where they sell street food, souvenirs, cheaper clothes etc. Not sure about the food quality, but as tourists, they may be tempted to try.
Across this hotel is the National Library,followed by Bras Basah Complex, which is a book lovers' haven.Another 3min walk from Bras Basah Complex will get you to Raffles City (Cityhall MRT)
Frankly, this is not that big a hotel. There are the usual Chinese, Japanese and Western restaurants. The service is quite good and it has this colonial feel to it. Besides, one of the entrances leads directly to Bugis Junction, so it can't get more convenient than this.

Beautiful hotel with awesome service. The location is superb with connecting shopping, mrt and lots of dining option.

I stayed here in January and it was not impressed. I have no high quality expectations as I am a budget traveler. I mean don't get me wrong, the place looked luxurious. It was clean and good location. That's why I gave a 3 star. But the service was not as good as I was expecting. I did not feel a 5* customer service at check in. I waited for so long for my room, the front desk lady was not as warm.. Maybe because I had a discounted rate on the room? I dont know. I should have just continued staying at the Holiday Inn Express CQ !

It's my second visit to intercontinental precisely because I love how everything about it! Staff service is good, the facilities are good and the rooms are luxurious & comfortable! Absolutely nothing to fault. Highly recommend!

Worth the money as they are very attentive. They got my bf a cake without asking for it, just by checking in. Clean and easy assessible. With many amenities around.

Great location, staff were friendly and helpful. Ros were clean and tidy. Above all, the 'handy' android phone in the room was an amazing feature, complete with ticket booking, discounts and a helpful guide to the city.

This hotel is right in town and a mall; Bugis Junction is just beside it. There lots of eateries around and the subway station is about 5 minutes walk.

As a family of 5 we found it was best to book the park suite as it had a King bed a sofa bed and a rollaway bed. Lots of room for all as it was like a one bedroom apartment. Also the nespresso was very handy to have in the room.

Close to Bugis, shopping and gourmet access is excellent. In addition, we can enjoy well-established Japanese restaurant who was loved by Japanese great writers in the hotel site.
