Service was good . Expected of a hotel of such calibre

Nice, clean albeit damp rooms in a good central location. I loved that they provided a complimentary Android phone (with data and local calling) to take anywhere during the stay.

Had a staycation recently using trip voucher. generally the hotel is lovely, with spacious room, fit with essential amenities. The gym and the swimming required booking at their concierge, which you can either book through the counter or by phone. Generally the cleaniness is pretty decent but lack the basic toiletries such as cotton bud. Their breakfast was not really great though, we waited about 30-40 mins for our sets to come, even though we came before others. With the set came missing a few items. Their pouch egg was a disappointment which was totally overcooked. Overall minus the breakfast, it still not that bad

Went there for a wedding dinner. The air conditioning was slightly warm at times but the food was good.

Great Sunday brunch, fantastic service wonderful food and a great atmosphere accompanied by freeflow champagne, wine, beer and cocktails

Bugis MRT

This hotel's location is very near to different malls and facilities, hence it makes it very convenient for occupants to go and enjoy these facilities.

Very nice hotel, I like how they have preserved it's original flavor.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, signs and directions were clear.

5 Star Hotel at the heart of Singapore...connected directly to the bugis junction and shopping mall...plenty of dining options

Well its definitely a pricey place but i tried it once nonetheless. the doorman was great and it was a pleasure staying here. Would definitely rate them a 5--star considering their excellent rooms and interior.

Went for a family dinner at Ash and Elm. Was disappointed with the service there - staff attentiveness could be better.

very good and professional services from the crew and front desk team <3 served my 14-day SHN in this facility and had the best out of this challenging pandemic. thankyou for all the care, love and patience, it made me not want to leave my stay there though... it's a little bit of loneliness with a wholesome of warmth and love in the humanity. thankyou InterContinental Singapore, i'm proud that you can be the face of Singapore Tourism Industry, lots of love!

The Singapore intercontinental is a lovely and restful escape in the heart of busy Bugis and convenient to all Singapore's main tourist attractions. Beautiful rooms and suites.

Our one week stay at Intercontinental Middle Road Singapore was wonderful. Customer service was pleasant and location was convenient due to the fact that it is connected to Bugis Junction and Bugis Plus.

Special mention to John Lim and Rebecca at F&B, they were dedicated and tried to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable. Keep up the good work all.

Nice hotel and great place to hold a wedding ceremony

Wonderful experience from Intercontinental Singapore. I was greeted by a beautifully smile staff by the name of Harmony at the check-in counter. Then the hotel gave a surprise package for my belated birthday! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Superb hotel. Overall fantastic service and spacious rooms. Reception area gets a bit busy at peak time, but the lounge bar is a great place to relax with a drink and a bite to eat. Fitness centre also very well equipped.

Its a very nice hotel with authentic singaporean style, very good location in bugis,

We stayed for 3 nights at Shophouse @ Junior Suite.
Because it is on Bugis Station, access is excellent by subway.
The delicate aesthetics of this hotel, which preserves the traditional Peranakan architecture, create a distinctive and stylish space that is different from recent hotels.
Not only sightseeing but also the hotel stay was very satisfying.
The club lounge also maintained a high level of hospitality, and it was comfortable to use for breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail time.
I would like to use it when returning to Singapore.

Served my 14 days SHN quarantine here. The check-in was seamless, I was out of the bus and in my room in under 5mins.
The room itself was very comfortable, and I had a room with a tempting view of the city. Also great selection of food delivery using the apps.
Service was excellent, with wellness calls daily to check up on me, laundry service and lovely little notes of encouragement.
I also stayed over Singapore's National day and was surprised with a little gift.
There was a decent sized table for work and decent speed wifi. With a little pre-planning and furniture reorganizing I managed to connect a hdmi from my computer to the TV.
I would have liked a more comfortable lounging chair - for 14days the 'sofa' provided was too uncomfortable and sitting in bed all day gave me a bit of a backache...
But all in all, a fantastic experience and very happy to explore other intercontinental properties!
