InterContinental Singapore Review

I went there for high tea. Service was great and the food was lovely.

The food at Ash and Elm is nice but it's rather inconvenient to access if you are coming from the East West Line mrt as the door within the shopping lane to the hotel is closed.

InterContinental Singapore is a great venue to hold an event or conference.

Great location... right in the heart of Singapore... nice access... welcoming entrance... good warm ambience...and a very nice lunch buffet

I've been staying at the IC Singapore (Bugis) for a number of years. It's in a very convenient location, and the rooms are great - especially the shophouse suites - which have been renovated not too long ago. The service in the IC Club is excellent and I'd highly recommend staying here with club access. Although the rooms in the shophouse don't have much of a view, and can sometimes be a bit noisy from Bugis Mall and the street - I still really enjoy this hotel and on the odd occasion I have had an issue the staff are always extremely friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel. And what you would expect. The service was great and staff friendly.

Bedroom was large and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was huge with bath tub and shower. Full amenities from toothbrush through to nail kits and slippers ... Located next to the shopping centre which is handy.

Room is great but problem with lift during visit. Only 1 lift serviceable which is ridiculous.

Firstclass-Hotel in super Lage, direkter Zugang zur U-Bahn und zu einem Shopping Center.

Old-style architecture, with a nostalgic atmosphere as a whole, the accommodation is excellent, surrounded by shopping malls, very convenient!

Went to the function room for an event. Overall service is great and pleasant.

Was at Intercontinental attending a company function (lunch) for Chinese New year at the main ballroom. The service was prompt although it would have been even better if the staff were better trained/ had more experience. However, the food was rather delectable and I especially enjoyed the fish maw soup.

Its location is wonderful! With food, shopping malls, transportation all within walking distance. It is so convenient.

Attended a conference here, very convenient. You can pop by to Bugis Junction right next door.

Except for ordinary breakfast, the rest are very good!

Good location and easy to go anywhere in Singapore using public transportation. One thing that I should mention, hotel provides very high standard of hospitality in service to customer. I stayed in room 720 during the Dec 1 week, the housekeeping lady was so nice and kind to wait till we left the room and did the room make up quickly when we just left the room for a quick breakfast in the nearby hawker centre.

Showing its age a bit now - Decor somewhat dated .. but still very comfortable and with an amazingly good breakfast buffet .. Good location

Very awesome stay with comfy room and excellent view. The pool and fitness center were really nice. Love the lobby lounge and Ash & Elm restaurant.

Location that is connected directly to Bugis junction and is convenient. The rooms are large and clean, and the breakfast is rich and delicious.

The decor is lovely...colonial. The restaurants are decent. I preferred the food at the Ritz but then again, different ballpark.

I came to receptionist at 3.30 pm and the room is not ready. I came back at 5 and still not ready, said that was the last twin bed room and the previous guest hadn't checked out. They compensated me with premium suite room but my roommate wasn't comfortable with king bed, prefered to sleep seperably. They gave us extra bed. And the extra bed was horrible. I asked them to give me a reguler standard room. And they couldn't accomodate that. Finally I moved to MBS. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bar area has a nice and cosy atmosphere. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great location just across Bugis Junction and is surrounded by shops, malls, and dining places from hawkers to high end. The hotel can be for business or family affairs. Very welcoming staff and cleanliness is superb.

Came here for a wedding dinner. Superb decor at the lobby!

Intercontinental hotel has great service and i recommend it to tourists who want to find a good hotel with great service with a great location

Awesome awesome stay with them. I could not emphasize how much i enjoyed it. Not only the room were clean and spacious, the staff were very professional and accommodating to our every request. I did not regret planning my staycation with them at all

Great Amenities, Service and Location. It's just beside Bugis MRT(EWL) and nearby many others station of Downtown Line. There's also alot of food/restaurants nearby!

The food was great. Staff were great too. Staff were explain to you each and every item during the high tea.

Service staffs were very warm and friendly, they were very kind to help

Had dinner at the chinese restaurant, Man Fu Yuan. Food was great but a little salty. Their herbal jelly dessert was very good. The service staff were courteous and attentive.

I actually didn't stay here, however, found the lobby lounge to be very nice with this Bourbon Gem.

If you want to be clean in the room, please clean the bathroom, the bathroom is large, the bathtub and shower room are also separated. The space between the mirror and the washbasin is convenient.

Expected better from a 5 hotel. Fruit we got in room was rotten but they did replace it quickly and did apologize for the mishap.
Service was within standard and our room was decent in size and clean as expected. Good location with MRT within 5 minutes walk.

Excellent service and good rooms. Breakfast buffett is one of the best I have had.

Centrally located and a nice set up. Stayed here for a week and loved the fitness facilities and the staff. Everyone was very attentive and willing to help out. Additionally for foreign travelers, the added benefit of a local phone made everything so much easier to stay connected with home and work.

The Fraser Logistic and Industrial Trust AGM is held in the ballroom. The food after the AGM is good.

Lovely ambience, shared location (2 mins) away from Bugis Junction shopping centre. Short distance to attractions such as Orchard Road and the Marina Bay. Even Putin stayed here :')

Stayed here a couple of years ago for a staycation, and it was great!

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Exit near coffee shop opens up to Bugis. Just perfect for shopping and eating out

Intercontinental Singapore is good hotel, they have other entrance direct to mart /bugis street, nice

Lovely hotel with sizable, clean rooms which has recently undergone a refresh. Great service from staff in my last few stays. Located in a very convenient part of Singapore, access to lots of shops and food joints, as well as readily accessible public transport (Bugis MRT station).
