InterContinental Singapore Review

Room was in older part. Very modern and nice. Walking distance to Indian and Arab sections of town. Attached to extensive below ground shopping and eating mall and light rail station.

Nice hotel. Visiting friends who stayed here. Nice surroundings and very convenient location for shopping!

Lovely ambience. Food interesting. Very quiet and spacious

Utilised the function room, facility wise is acceptable but the planning of tea break location needs improvement.

Location is good. Right next to 2 malls which u can get almost everything.

We usually stay in Club Rooms so we can use the club lounge and enjoy all the perks!

Great location. 3 mins from MRT or you can walk most everywhere.

Food in the Lounge is delicious, breakfast in particular.

Not cheap but worth every penny

I didn't break anything but they overcharged me $600 after the tirp and my card company tried to contact the hotel but they didn't reply and didn't tell me the reason

Attended a conference at InterConti. Very conveniently located. Nearby Bugis Junction mall and many shopping places to browse. Hotel itself is vintage style by restored to look very comfortable. Many lounges, including a live piano lounge. Conference rooms are spacious and well furnished with functional media projections and sound.

Cozy hotel, easy accesibility to bugis junction shopping centre and bugis street. Near to Mrt station and few stops to City hall.

Staying for business. Very friendly staff and great amenities. I arrived early-around 8:30 am on the day of my arrival, and I only got my room around 2pm, which is still "early" however there were many other people who came in after me that were able to get rooms easily. The rooms are spacious with very nice furniture and large bathroom with tub and shower. The beds are very comfortable. The TV is very big, probably larger than 40 inches and has many channels in different languages, including HBO. I am able to get free breakfast with my room rate and it is not your normal breakfast, they have a ton of food, from western to Chinese, with fruits, fresh juices, and pastries. Location is central and it is easy to get a cab. It's about 40 minutes to Tuas and less than 30 minutes to the airport.

One of the hotel that I love visiting. The Lobby is a real great place to just let your hairs down and sip some Long Island Tea. The environment is made even more comfy by the sofas and also live piano music. If you want a bite, they do have a selection of food and also a High Tea set. A great way to nimble and share great moments with your loved ones or friends.

Was served non veg food in place of pure veg food. Such a mishap..

Location is excellent since it's located among the shops at Bugis

A very convenient place to stay close to MRT and shops and good restaurants. Staff are super friendly and service is great.

Really comfortable stay, everything we needed was provided. The place is just beside bugis street which is a good place to shop and dine without spending too much. The only bad thing is the cr didn't have a bidet which is weird for a hotel.

Clean environment and toilet. Waiter was friendly. Food serviced is nice.

Because it was a late-night flight, it arrived early in the morning, but I was able to check in early if there are children, and it was very helpful!

Good size hotel with well layed out, clean rooms that are wonderfully accommodating and feeling new after recently undergoing a refresh for its 21st year. Great service from staff in my stay, with care and attention at every turn. A great location that makes it easy to walk or cab to pretty much anywhere in Singapore without fuss.

Check in lobby with pillars. Blocking eye contacts from available side desk receptionist. Other than that a IC should be which is always great.

Had a drink and cake at the lounge bar. Very chill and cool place. Spacious and laid back. Will visit again.

Love it. The architecture of the building really is the main selling point for me to be honest with you. And not to mention the decor. Intercontinental really went all out to wow us this time aspecially with a life Christmas tree. Overall highly recommend this place.

Good service, beautiful rooms, easy to get in and out of. Very good breakfast at the restaraunt located on the first floor. They have samplings of food from around the world to accommodate for their guests. Room service is also very quick and excellent quality food.

Swung by to enjoy the live music and a cup of coffee in the hotel lobby. It's a nice ambience, and really a good places to rest from the immerse heat and your legs if you've been shopping for the whole day.

Was at the lobby lounge. Love the high ceilinged open space. Tables are low and set far apart so it feels very spacious and so suitable for afternoon high tea. Chairs are comfy! Service was a little slow today. Otherwise staff are polite and helpful.

Upmarket 5 star hotel. More suited to the business traveller. Excellent staff and top quality service. Food quality is good but not exceptional. Some of the rooms are a bit small for the price. Beds are comfortable and amenities are good quality. Plenty of sockets in the room. WiFi can be slow unless you have the premium rate. The Club Intercontinental option is worth it as you have a good full breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails (with hors d'oeuvres) included. Drinks otherwise are not good value for money. There are many different types of room, so if you are looking for an upgrade, you may be surprised that it's not what you expected.

We had an international lunch buffet at Intercontinental's Ash & Elm and although the ambience was great, there was just too little variety of food. Probably not worth the high price.

This was our second stay at the Intercontinental. The last time we visited was three years ago and it made such a great impression we did not consider booking any other place. The hotel is in a great location to nearby museums and shopping. There is a lovely pool for laps in the morning and a nicely appointed gym. But, the star of the hotel is the club lounge. It serves a wonderful breakfast, high tea in the afternoon and cocktails in the evening with enough small bites that you can skip dinner. Every staff member in the lounge is A+. The concierge at the hotel is also a great resource with maps and recommendations for eating and sightseeing. After this visit, the Intercontinental will be our go to place whenever we are in Singapore.

During my 14 days quarantine period, the room is comforable and and hotel services are excellent.I am so happy when I found out this hotel is chosen by BTS boy band during singapore loveyourself tour.May be another branch, I'm not sure.
