The location and the interior is super. The breakfasts are superb. Of the minuses- repair around the building. Never take a room with a balcony, the balcony is dirty, you can not rest on it.

It is so unfriendly ~ I feel like a public office rather than a hotel.

The toilet vanity toilet is blocked. The pockets of the bathrobe are full of hair, a full pocket of hair, and a lot of yukata cuffs. I didn t sleep well for one night. The front desk and management only said one sentence. Your replacement is clean and super speechless.

Well located hotel, near Opera de Paris, I stayed for corporate event, what about super! Comfortable rooms, great room service!

Absolutely stunning hotel, attached to the famous Cafe we la Paix. Very comfortable beds, small rooms as per usual in Central Paris, but the bathroom had a tub and a separate shower. The lobby and restaurants are beautifully appointed and the staff are helpful and friendly. The location, next to L'Opera is very central and close to many amenities.

Classic hotel bar: beautiful, attentive service and smiling. However the choice of products is disappointing (low quality products) when the service of beer, it is to review: a monstrous false collar makes doubt the amount of liquid served. Unforgivable in this price range.

Location is superb. Good is excellent. Room amenities are very nice. Had a pleasant stay.

Awesome location, walkable to quite a few places. In room dining is great service is absolutely on time, front desk and concierge are really efficient. So full 5 stars to all of these services, I hate to reduce one star in the over all rating as the housekeep staff did not do a good job of cleaning, there was dust on our tables even after cleaning, mini bar was not replenished with consumed items, tea bags were not provided on day 3 and 4. Small but annoying things when you pay so much money to stay for a few days.

Over all I would definitely recommend this place, for short stays to cover most of the city.

No air conditioning! I have been checked in at the hotel for eight hours and they still can t get the air conditioner to work. Club level, ambassador club. First technician said one hour it would be cooler. It has dropped .5 (1/2) degrees. I am am Titanium Marriott rewards but tried to go IHG this time. This is ridiculous. 27.5 degrees C is not acceptable. Little to know air. After four days, air conditioning was never fixed. Don't stay in the summer!

Nice hotel with friendly staff. If you are also a IHG member, there are extra perks given by the hotel. Modern atmosphere in a quiet side of town. Room service good. The nearest entrance to the subway is about 8 minutes away walking.
Our room was on the 7th floor and we enjoyed a nice view of the Eiffel Tower.

Very beautiful hotel with nice rooms and friendly employees. It is in the center of Paris next to the Opera Garnier and only a few minutes walk to the Galleries Lafayette and Printemps. The restaurant in the hotel is good and the upscale lounge on the top floor for VIP members serves delicious snacks and champagne every afternoon.
There is a gym with sauna also available for guests.

The renovations cant help tarnishing your stay. I would avoid until they are done. This is a historic and beautiful hotel but until renovations are completed it will not be the 5 star the price suggests. Staff were nice but with a messy and busy lounge area, broken sauna and scaffolding all over how can the rates and service be 5 star.
I decided to go to the Crown plaza Neuilly and was not disappointed as an IHG employee and member it was the price and standard I expected

There are large floor-to-ceiling windows to see the surrounding environment, very good

The hotel itself was very nice. However there is currently construction going on which takes away from the overall experience.

It would take some renovation in some rooms.

Although the remodeling is being done, the hotel holds it's charm, we always stay at Le Grand, staff is great and service is always good. Club lounge is nice specially after a full day of sightseeing, Georgio and Ignacio are great and very professional.

Exceptional setting, impeccable room. (Attention to the price of drinks mini bar or bar)

My stay at the Intercontinental Le Grande has been very very enjoyable.
From the start coming up to the end I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here.
Before I arrived I called up the Hotel to say that it was my parents 48th wedding anniversary and a wonderful gentleman by the name of Carl from guest relations upgraded our room to a junior suite.
The room is gorgeous. Very spacious and has a wonderful view of the opera house. I am very happy with the room.
The breakfast was very tasty and the wait staff very attentive .
Overall I rate my stay at this hotel a 10/10. Will definitely be coming back !

By far one of the best experiences i have ever had at a hotel. Just in the first day alone I had 3 great experiences. When I checked in there were two other people being helped so i had to wait a few minutes. Not long at all in my opinion, like 5min but when i did get checked in the manager (i think) upgraded me to a superior suite! Wow! Just for waiting a totally acceptable amount of time. Then the staff called us maybe an hour later just to check in and see how we were doing. Lastly about 2hrs later house keeping dropped by to also ask if we needed anything. This was all in just one day! Amazing. I really don't have any negative feedback for this place.

We really meet in a castle of the French monarchy.
To visit frankly no regrets.

I definitely prefer the modern. This hotel is with a classic style. So if you like this type of design you might like it. Large rooms and shower area. Sanitary in other separated from shower area. Comfy bed. Attentive staff.

AMAZING. 5 star. Have to say. I couldn't believe how amazing the quality in the rooms there was. Also the sraff can speak fluent English which really helped.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all anytime I stay some where I check the room and one of our sheets had huge yellow stains all over the top cover visible to the eye as soon as I walked in. We stayed anyways and asked for another cover. Next morning I walk to the kitchen area and see small roaches crawling all over and in the bathroom even inside toilet! I called front desk and as I am talking a rather larger roach started crawling up the phone line! I went to complain and she basically said she couldn t do anything to help they were booked and no manager was available but she said she would email the manager. We decided to cut our trip short and leave after a long day we packed with two small kids and heading back home. I asked if she emailed the manager she said yes but for me to call in the morning to figure things out. I have to call!? Seriously! I was VERY disappointed and will NEVER EVER stay there again. We had such an amazing experience at the last hotel followed by this terrible experience. Ruined my trip.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The building is steeped in history and the staff offer best in class service. After an initial hiccup with my booking, they went out of their way to make me feel looked after. The in-room dining was delicious, the Cafe de la Paix impressive, and the spa massage was fantastic.

Can't recommend highly enough!

One of the most iconics and charming hotels in Paris. Incredible suites, amazing restaurant, great staff and awesome rooms to held events, meetings and parties. If you are staying here for vacations or for work that's a great option, you will not regret. The price worths what's is delivered. Go for it if you can afford.

This hotel has low services and very old furnitures, I don t recommend anyone to spend his/her money and time on here.
You will never ever has a good memory in this place.

Very nice property with a very large lounge area where everyone finds their place in a relaxing atmosphere. Rates are available but at the time of the addition we make you understand that the house does not really appreciate the "everyone pays his glass". It is therefore better to provide money and make extra money.
A behavior that is surprising and not classy considering a 5 star.

I was indebted to the food presentation at the lounge even if it was a little expensive. (All-you-can-eat vegetables, many varieties of persimmons will come to replace them)
It was so convenient that I would go here again if I went to Paris .... I would like to buy another truffle salt, truffle oil, cheese, butter, and another Ulteau umbrella.

Great location, very close to the opera house, the bus from CDG airport drops you off very close to hotel. Metro also very close. Hotel staff was Great, check in was quick, gave me a late check out. Hotel is nice, Good restaurant.
