Haven of calm. Superb with a delicate and attentive staff .. Rare!

The design is beautiful, the service is top but the food served was not at the same level.

We do not think enough to go to the bar of the big hotel which is not however reserved for the customers who spend the night. The service is irreproachable, in a beautiful setting: the lobby with a pyramid of glass and metal with an incredible luster or the very cozy atmosphere of the bar. The cocktails are at 24 , you will also find a small selection of 4 Japanese sake (special mention with sparkling MIO very sweet) but also something to delight your taste buds after a show at the Olympia for example.

I often come here every year for weddings with my family because it is a beautiful place.
The waiters are professional and smiling. The dishes are delicious and especially a weakness for desserts.

This is my favorite hotel in Paris and I really like the Opera district. The service is not always flawless but remains of good quality.

Ahhhh the grand hotel ... A divine place where art and services mix! A discreet and very efficient staff pleasant and serious, beautiful rooms haussemaniene with more than enough in the bathrooms ... bar side nothing to say cocktails are just fabulous as well as hors d'oeuvres and Javou restaurant side I preferred the previous chef's card and there is far too much truffle dish certainly we like but with moderation and the quinoa salad I recognize that we are many not to appreciate it during the wine as well as the cheeses propose on the menu its very greedy

Good hotel. In the heart of the city. The Apple Store is a few steps from the hotel.

A real first class hotel
Even if you do not stay there, it is always great to soak up the ambience in the lobby or have a drink in the lobby cafe.

I do not know the hotel but I tested the I-Spa and I can say that it is one of the best massages I had in Paris. The offer included 1/2 day access to the spa and fitness room, a relaxing Escape massage (50 min), and access to the private steam room. Friendly staff, impeccable cleanliness and very professional high level modeling. Unfortunately, I did not have time to enjoy the fitness room or the private hammam. I'll organize better next time.

The hotel is a deluxe hotel with a great location just below the Opera district. Each room has carpets and there is a shower with a bath (O Allah). The room is large. However, the wc is in a place and the shour is in a second place .. I mean, all of them are in the same bathroom.

Ideal place to come to drink a cocktail under a canopy alone or accompanied.

A quality products and services that does not fade. Place to advise against musophobes ...

Only distance from the airport.But all services are excellent. And you find excellent cooperation from the hotel staff.It is really worth ten stars.

Extremely clean, comfortable, quiet and very kind staff. A really good address!

Easy to follow signs to get on trains and metro and exits. Spacious with many convenient and clothes shopping stores. Toilets that i found were 0.70 to use dontknow if there were free ones.

Renovation work is likely to end at the end of the whole building.
The wallpaper that is not unique in Japan (hallways and rooms) has been repainted, the paint on the mahogany red door has been repainted, the bathroom has been refurbished, the curtains have changed, and so on. A pity is one. The room feels like no smell of paint anywhere. I was wondering if I could change the room, but I thought that it would not be possible for the French to know the details, and I put up with it. Then I got used to the nose in 2 to 3 days and I didn't like it.
The location of Le Grand Hotel is good. The texture of the whole building is good. Texture of furniture and curtains is good. Also, combined with the hospitality of the staff, it will make your trip to Paris a dream come true.
The free detox water next to the lobby changes daily and can be enjoyed.

One of those classy, stylish old Parisian hotels. Very friendly staff gives you a good service. Bar and restaurant are situated at the indoor courtyard.

We attended for a wedding and it was just incredible. From the place itself to the staff it was really an amazing experience. The food was really rich and delicious. Would highly recommend!

Very disappointed in the relaxing hammam spa area. Tiny cloakroom with only 1 cabin !! Waiting for a boudoir with aging carpet. Minthammam for 2 people maximum. In short to avoid

Very good rooms and service. Our room was right over metro tracks but we were warned in advance.

Absolutely amazing experience. Located in the heart of paris and the opera. Walk to metro, bus, shopping and grand tours. The hotel staff will bend over backwards to make your stay extra comfortable. The buffet breakfast was scrumptious.
