Been bringing my bike here and am very satisfied with the service and quality. Very informative and willing to do any job! Had my led light kit installed here and it looks great. Fair prices and outstanding service. Had my bike delivered to my home when I couldn't pick it up the night before a sunny weekend! Couldn't be happier.

I dropped off my scooter for repair here at the beginning of August and it was indicated three weeks to review and I said ok. Here I am 5 weeks later and the scooter has not even been reviewed yet and they cannot even tell me when they will be getting to it. I wanted to keep my money with local businesses but it is apparent if I do that I will not be getting my scooter back in 2020. I will be bringing this scooter to Scooterville in Minneapolis.

These guys are aweful, blamed us for breaking the bike, even though they couldnt fix it becuase their dyno was down for 5 weeks and kept lying to us saying it would be fixed in two days, two days!!! Our bike was there for 5 weeks, never got fixed and then they yelled at us saying "its not our fault our dyno is down and we cant figure out what wrong with it if our dyno is down". Um pretty sure its not the customers fault that your dyno is broken, and when we went to pick up the bike and talk to them about our frusteration with them lying, loosing out on two motorcycle trips and over $1000 in non refundable tickets, they blamed us for breaking the bike! They yelled at us and said "pay me now and get the F out of our store" never once apologizing for thier machine being broken, never once acknowledging tha we were calling them daily and each time they said "just two more days" We brought it to a dealer after leaving stormys and had it fixed in litterally two days, just needed the carbs cleaned out, any motorcycle shop should be able to see that right away, with or without a dyno. Management was too busy on vacation and fixing thier dyno to ever give us a straight answer. Save your money and your time and just go to a dealer, much better then spending $500 and having nothing fixed and missing half the riding season. Also, dealer fixed the problem for $120!!!

About a year ago, I had brought my bike in the stormy shop for a carb rebuild and a ignition issue. They told me 3 to 4 days tops of waiting for my bike to be fixed and ready. Each time I called after the set date they told me it would take a few more days once again. Basically dicked me around for 3 weeks until they finally told me it was done after I chewed them out for lying to me saying they had it on the lift one day and then the next that it hasn't been looked at yet because of "rush orders". Got the bike back and both my carburetors had not been touched and the bike had performed the same as before. Very unprofessional service management

Do NOT give this place your business unless you like being told by the OWNER of the shop to stop f**cking calling us! So unprofessional this is my warning dont waste your time here with brad or scott there will tell you it will be done one day and then 2 weeks later its still not finished! If i could give this place 0 stars i would take your bike somewhere else where it wont take 3 months to do a carb rebuild

Well I was impressed with how fast they were able to get my bike in and the speed at which they changed the rear tire. The guy was able to find me the wheel I wanted at a very reasonable price without a huge markup. He ordered it that Monday night, dropped my bike off Tuesday night, they had the tire swapped by Wednesday night even though they were super busy. I wanna give them 5 stars but when I rode off the bike studder stepped on me... They forgot to run the belt tensioners back in! I didn't have time to turn around because I had to be back on the road. So I ripped it home and took 5 minutes to tighten em up. Overall very satisfied with the price of labor and the helpful staff.

Save yourself a lot of headaches people. Very unprofessional business. Stored my bike over the winter hoping to get a jump on spring riding but the owner didn't start working on it until the first week in May! He said he was swamped all winter working on 4 wheelers. Once he started on it I got it back quick, however, 2 items were missing from my saddle bag. When I got home I called the owner right away to ask him where my heated gloves and rain gear was. He denied seeing them at all. He says he only had 1 other guy working for Him and the owner Brad was the one working on my bike when I went over to meet him to give him part money. Funny?!
