Comfortable and wonderful stay I had a good time with family

I came here twice for the conference. The place is very nice and luxury. The front desk staff also friendly. So far all good experience.

The hotel is exceptional in cleanliness, reception and dealing, but the rooms are small and the mattresses are the best to renew and do not miss the restaurant Spears Brazilian buffet welcomes you with 10 types of meat with salad and rice ... Treat your senses and romanticize with those you love in this restaurant

Its prices are currently acceptable
But maintenance work is currently underway

Pros:
- Good location.

Cons:
- High humidity in the room. Everything smelt and felt damp and moist.
- Emergency light above the front door was too bright and would not allow me to sleep properly.
- Balcony was not clean as there were a lot of pigeon droppings everywhere.

I attended an excellent and luxurious event hall, and for the hotel it is clean and excellent, but its views are poor for me

Excellent in all respects, but the restaurant is of medium quality, there is no kitchen in the highest category in the rooms, and some bathrooms have no bidet except if requested.

Great place to stay, right in front of the sea but a bit far away from main area. Rooms are wonderfully decorated and sea food restaurant is excellent.

The hotel has a wonderful view, cleanliness and reception are all wonderful, but there is something negative in it which is that the bathrooms are on the European system ie there is no toilet for Shattaf

I am a spire elite member (highest level). The stay was Below Average. Old and outdated rooms with chipping furniture and a rusty mirror. I could hear the person next door talking loudly over the phone and people in the lobby seemed to be IN my room. My room had a Philips LCD from stone age which literally had a cable connection. The room got no sunlight throughout the day. This review is coming after comparing with other 5 stars I have stayed at including other intercontinental hotels. The reception never responded to my calls. I asked to be shifted to another room but the staff didn't care the least. Only thing good was the catering staff and the food.

Nice hotel. Rooms are clean and quite. Decoration of rooms is really classy. Staff are helpful and friendly. Little bit expensive comparing it to Park Hyatt.

The place is nice and clean. The service is good .. courteous and good manner from the employee of the businessmen floor But I had a bad experience with them as we were suffering from pooling water and not draining in the bathroom. We contacted them but did not respond

The hotel is located overlooking the famous Jeddah Fountain. A must visit if one is traveling between Jeddah and Makkah and Madinah. Services and foods are good. Staffs are courteous and reliable.

This place goes without definition, and this is its solid, strong administration. You will not be satisfied with the descent. You stay high. This is my love and my second home

Excellent hotel with some of the best restaurants in Jeddah.

1- We did not sit in the hotel, upon arrival we were surprised that the hotel building is very old and turned into a construction site and the disturbance is so severe that you cannot communicate with the reception without raising your voice
2- The reservation was made through Hotel.com for a room with a sea view upon arrival, the room is not available.
We sat for more than an hour trying to communicate with the site and the hotel to recover the reservation amount

The best hotels in Jeddah and dealing with it is wonderful and the rooms are very nice of four years and I am required every month 3 times and more

The lobby is a nice swimming pool. The children are excellent. The reception is of the first thing. The owner is afraid of graduation. Excellent but the smell of the rooms is amazing. The flies and the bathroom.

To be honest, I am a fan of the Inter Hotel
The last time I took a room together, a view
The first thing the conditioning was a bad newcomer
And the bed I could not rest in because I sat feeling the iron in the bed
As for room service, the time is slow
To such an extent that I called more than 4 times to get clean, and what was not after the soul had risen
Despite the time I rented, it is almost empty and there is no pressure
I hope the management will pay attention to some details
