Distinguished hotel although it is old
I would recommend upgrading the rooms to the intercontinental club as it adds good features especially the security that has a family

One of the coolest hotels in Jeddah .. gives you the romance of the Red Bride of the Red Sea .. with all the services for families .. and children .. and the parties .. And the business .. This except .. strategic location in front of the longest fountain in the world.

One of the best, if not the best, restaurant experiences that I've ever been through. I've visited Spears restaurant and I've been a regular for a long time. The food, as usual, is as tender as it is delicious, and it's taste is overwhelming! Not to mention the amazing service and the presentation. Easy 5-star. I recommend this place for anyone willing to spend a business night or a holiday night. Whatever your choice is, this place will suit you and your family.

A very nice hotel on the banks of the Red Sea ... The staff are very professional and the smile is always unbeatable..the rooms are excellent and the view is great ... the restaurants the food level and service are very excellent .. i would recommend it to everyone

I had a very bad experience in this hotel. I booked through a third party and the booking was on a specific room type, yet, i got a totally different room. The staff Abdulrahman was not cooperative at all and a bit rude and suggested that i More

A sweet and clean hotel .. the breakfast is a standard buffet .. and the staff passed it cooperative .. the swimming pool is nice and large and with a sunshine .. but unfortunately the bathroom and you were in dignity in the first place there was no shattaf, but when we asked, they brought it up and installed it, but also what is considered the same as the one that comes with the bathroom .. Other than that, there is nothing Swimming pool for women

One of the best Hotels in jeddah, it has an excellent service and good facilities.

I visit this 5 stars hotel to have coffee and enjoy my time. It s really luxurious. The place is clean and the stuff are extremely caring. I had a cup of cappuccino which was so delicious with rich cream cover. Also, I had a piece of strawberry cheese cake . It was a dreamy experience. The prices are high but it deserves.

Very nice dinner experience in spears restaurant but the only defect is no salad variety

Unfortunately, the worst and oldest hotels in Jeddah

- Toilets without a bidet, you are in dignity
They have laundry all day long, and urgent laundry takes 3 hours !!
- Reception will not be answered until after the third or fourth call!
They have a call service to prepare the car. You need to get off and wait at the gate to get your car back.
- The hotel is very old. You feel like you are in the 80's
- High prices for very poor quality

I never recommend it to many hotels, which are cheaper and better
