Economical and peaceful. Polite cleaning staff. Ive experienced a bad behaviour from one of the reception staff. Othervise they deserve a 4 star rating comparing the price with the provided facilities. The hotel is little old however the facilities are good and worth for money.

Excellent place for easygoing people who want to spend quality time with or without your family. I enjoyed 11 days with my family and all the staff was extremely helpful from the entrance. I work in hospitality myself and I was really pleased by everybody's attitude. Shaiful, Sujo and ishara are my champions because they were available and flexible. I am definitely coming back .

This hotel is really worth for money and room boys doing a great job here specially Osanda.He is a very kind and hard working young man.I was so lucky to have him in my floor during my stay.today I was extended my stay here by another week.

Just an average hotel apartment. Galleries and rooms are poorly lit. Food at the restaurant is of average quality and taste. The prices are high compared to the services provided. However, staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. and also the location of the hotel apartment is in the city centre. all the major attractions are easily accessible within 10-15 mins drive.

In the UAE were the first time settled in this hotel. Loved the room - beautiful, comfortable and no frills. Service is excellent, good breakfasts. Nearby is a picturesque beach with clean white sand. It was interesting to visit the local park. Together with the company Shang Tours we visited fascinating excursions. After the trip there was a huge charge of positive emotions and inexpressible impressions!

The location was good but it was difficult to find it but the rooms were good and the service was the best

I lived on the 10th floor in the room. I had a chic room: a hall, a bedroom, a kitchen. The girls lived on the 4th floor, the rooms were very modest. The hotel is not bad. The staff is helpful except the dining room. The woman who was there, very, very roughly rudely took a bag from my hands, thought that I was going to make breakfast. The next week looked at me point blank that I was not very comfortable with breakfast. One woman checked her bag. About the shuttle to the sea delivered at the time .. If you take the hotel, then there is much better nearby: nr: Novo park. And so it is located in the center. Everywhere went on foot, walking distance.

I have stayed in the hotel for 15 days and let me tell you that the Hotel is OK, but this 1 star is due to the receptionist Mahmoud and the Philipino Lady. These guys are extremely rude and arrogant esp Mahmoud. They treat you as if you are staying there for free and that they are doing a favour by keeping you there.

The hotel management should take note of this otherwise it will affect their name and ratings.

If you spend a little more time and find a nearby hotel at a similar price, you'll find a better hotel. There is no reason to stay here next time. Disappointment itself.

Oldish Hotel tucked away in Sharjah. Lovely music upon entry and helpful staff..bathrooms need upgrading. Comfy beds.

Hotel is normal and there is no parking except for the money the crew is not helpful.

The room are super Big is most like a apartment with a old look, has living room, room, bathroom with bathtub and a kitchen

1. My first night there I was checked into a dirty room. The bed was unmade, towels were everywhere. Had to go back down while they looked for w clean room
2. There were bedbugs and roaches this can be because the room was not cleaned nor the sheets changed during our stay
3. After staying there for 2days we asked to extend for another day coz of the lock down the receptionist her name is Lei( very rude) said no to all our requests without thinking. An hour later we asked another lady she said ok .

friendly and responsive staff. Perfect spot in sharjah close to everything you may want to visit. self-service laundry is available. However, there is only view of other buildings and my room was infested with cockroaches

I wish i could have rate them negative, entered the hotel and an unpleasant and foul smell was all around. On the top of it the person at the reception was hell to customers, he was already engaged with an other customer having a rude argument.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious, the service is excellent. Breakfast is very tasty.
Of the minuses a little old furniture.

I stayed there for one week on Feb 2021 and on third day night i was attacked by full army of bed bugs and full night I m struggling to sleep with itching and pain. After complaint they changed my room.
Hotel space is very congested while comparing with other nearby hotels in same rate.

Not recommended. Hair (from previous guests) all over the bed! didn't changed bed sheet and pillow cases. Noise from the cabinet which won't let you sleep. Not comfortable to stay.

With great respect and gratitude, I treat the company "Shang Tours", thanks to which this year we managed to relax in the Emirates with our family. I liked Murat, who with his knowledge just wonders how you can know so much ... High level of service. The hotel we stayed in also liked, thank you, friendly and hospitable service, always clean and very tasty cuisine.

rooms are quit big, peaceful, and cleaning staff is very polite specially boy name Rajitha was very polite and healpfull to us. hotel dose not free parking but other wiser over all is good.

Well it's located very good, staff is friendly and helping, and it's reasonably priced. Parking is a little bit problematic. But if you own a car, this is a good bargain

Room was clean bt not practical.it could be more comfortable plus tap water was too hot to touch

V friendly cooperative staff, esp waiters the Cooks, management, I still remember the chef named Mr Deepak and one Medam who use to take alot of care of guests.

The rooms are dirty, the furniture are old and broken. The house keeping often forget to clean the rooms. There is only 6 park places and we have to pay 40 aed on paid parking in front of the hotel. I don't reccomend this hotel
