The hotel in the pictures is astonishing when we entered it, very normal and its price is expensive in relation to its watery shape. Every morning it is cut off and there is no hot water and the bulbs are broken.

Excellent. Worth every penny. 24 hrs gym with lots of equipments and weight machines. Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet. Awesome decoration. Chic place. Close to the fountain. Really nice restaurants nearby. Excellent staff too.

Also has Sauna and Steam room and squash and table tennis courts.

Jeddah for business purposes, and my choice of accommodation was the Intercontinental Hotel, the hotel's location is great and the Fish Market restaurant is nice, the overall stay was great and the internet is good

Hotel is old and tired. Only outdoor pool. When you're in Saudi Arabia in June I'm sure you won't be looking into swimming at 45 degrees Celsius. Staff lacks attention especially in the room cleaning and maintenance department. Vaping also should be allowed in non smoking rooms. It's not smoking, it's vaping. Management is really trying to raise the standards, thumbs up for their efforts but it's an Intercontinental after all, it should be perfect to begin with...

The hotel is very good but far from the airport
There is no preference for the inmates when extending the stay ...

At the beginning the experience was good - the experiments with the queries were good, especially the teacher Yassin Yasser and the cooperation by providing a tour guide to the historic area. He was very thankful - but the last day we were completely ignored the room service decided they would not clean the room or the bathroom and we asked them repeatedly until we left at 4pm.

One Star is off and its regarding the price

One of Jeddah's oldest, yet still classy. The Tea Garden coffee shop is a real beautiful place to be in the day time with its lovely large windows and airy ambience.

Unfortunately the Paradise restaurant buffet is below expectations and a waste of money without good taste

It s definitely one of the best 5-star hotels in Jeddah. The property is old, yet it s well maintained. However, it would have been better if it goes on a full swing renovation. Situated on a prime location by the famous Fountain of Jeddah, and overlooking the blue ocean of the Red Sea. The hotel consists of a variety of accommodations (rooms and suites), three restaurants, lobby lounge, outdoor terrace by the pool, a decent gym, and good parking space. It, also, has a variety of meeting space, and it offers excellent banqueting and catering facilities. On the other hand, the quality of cleanliness, food, and service are always amazing.

Nice and clean, good location. Food is good but can be better. The pasta station during the buffet somehow lack of taste.

Hotel is good specially lobby but hotel room was not good as expected by name says.
