After entering the room, I had to wait about two hours for the bags to arrive in the room, and after repeated calls every half hour, the answer was all rudeness from the reception (he is busy now, when will the cars he have come to you) and from ignorance my room was looking at the entrance and I did not see any car for that long !! .

My experience of staying in it is very excellent, calm and upscale, and there is no inconvenience, and the staff are very helpful, especially the employee, who treats her very classy.

I have stayed at the Intercontinental Jeddah many times over a good number of years. I just really like the place and the view of the Red Sea from my room is great! The staff are always very helpful and, if I could single out just one of them I would recommend Aslam Ghaffar. He is unfailingly helpful, good-natured and nothing is too much trouble for him.

1- We did not sit in the hotel, upon arrival we were surprised that the hotel building is very old and turned into a construction site and the disturbance is so severe that you cannot communicate with the reception without raising your voice
2- The reservation was made through Hotel.com for a room with a sea view upon arrival, the room is not available.
We sat for more than an hour trying to communicate with the site and the hotel to recover the reservation amount

We carried the bags ourselves. The employee answered our request by saying, "Leave the bags in the room and go out."

Very nice hotel. Stay stay was very pleasant. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Excellent pool and fitness center. Breakfast was very plentiful and tasty with many meat, vegetable and fruit options.

The hotel is well known but outdated. Breakfast is more than wonderful and varied. I would have preferred more water for the coffee and tea.
