On the reputation of the hotel, its splendor, and enough that it is a global hotel chain, the latter was shocked by the sight to his face! The balcony is very dirty and full of flies and insects !!!
And the rinsing bathroom is clamped with the urinal and surrounded by it!
And the reception responded badly. I asked more than once for the worker to take the bags because I had come out of the hotel, but there was no answer to him, so I had to go out and call one of the workers to take the bags.
The same situation was repeated when I entered the hotel and did not take my items until after the soul had risen!
And the funny thing is that there is no Tesho in the room, only one in the bathroom.
Furniture needs to be renovated.

I liked the quietness of the hotel and the way of dealing with the high-end staff as well as the multiplicity of sessions in the lobby feel you are in several places, although it is only one lobby I recommend to visit

A very elegant hotel .. Quiet and reception is more than wonderful. Taking care of the guest in a way that I have seen in other hotels .. The speed of procedures .. This hotel is what is in it and there is no mistake, starting from the security guard to the oldest person .. Thank you all

The staff are treated very well but all the rooms are overlooking the sea and you have to leave the oak and see a small part of the sea, the prices compared to the room size and the workers look at the rattles and not such a luxury hotel and sophisticated

A very good hotel lacking a cashier and a boutique and a souvenir shop. Although I have a membership in Inter Hotels but there is no special treatment or discount so the best is not renewing the membership

The Jamjoom Center was in the past one of the best shopping centers, and it was wide in the chest, and it had a cafe on the roof that was comfortable for the soul in the evening with the gentle pounding of the sea More

The hotel is sweet, there is nothing wrong with it, but its defect is very expensive, I mean, but I washed an abaya for 108 riyals, and breakfast for a person is 200 riyals, I mean, I pay an amount and its amount for another hotel, something the second services are with money !! Other than the inconvenience, there is more inconvenience. Those who work sit down, engineer the morning and crack the walls, and people sleep well. I see you an empty day, and people have gone out, and the work that I did not complete in the hotel, and on the side of the buffet there is a person named Amin very very, very helpful and supervising the people is excellent. The thing that intercedes for the hotel is this person

I have stayed at the Intercontinental Jeddah many times over a good number of years. I just really like the place and the view of the Red Sea from my room is great! The staff are always very helpful and, if I could single out just one of them I would recommend Aslam Ghaffar. He is unfailingly helpful, good-natured and nothing is too much trouble for him.

There are apartments in the same hotel called (the suites) which are very large and beautiful, but the furniture is somewhat old. I advise large families to live in it. I used to live in Apartment No. 25 with 5 bathrooms, three bedrooms, two kitchens and a view of the King Fahd Fountain, and a very spacious salon. very
