More than wonderful .. The distinctive stay .. breakfast is beautiful and varied and very refined

I booked it for my friend and I was very impressed with it. I will visit him soon, God willing, because of its luxury and its proximity to the sea and services

The banquet halls in this hotel are extremely amazing with tall long doors that looks like a mini palace and the infrastructure is good too with unique lighting chandeliers.

Rooms can benefit from an upgrade.

It's a pretty good hotel, it has amazing facilities, as well as numerous restaurants that serves all kinds of foods, it also has a great location and a great view over the Red Sea and the Jeddah fountain!

Too expensive with 3 stars hotel quality, not quite clean even the 2nd floor reeked of urine smell when I stayed there with the company I worked for .Breakfast was kinda nice .The only perfect thing is the location.

Very dissappointing to see the level of service and the quality declining so fast, This was once one of the best hotels in Jeddah, now its a mess
I checked in a couple of weeks earlier,
My room had a lot of issues, asked them to fix it or change rooms, very slow response time, finally changed room after 2 hrs
Breakfast next morning was a complete mess, nobody to help you with coffee or drinks and tables were left uncleaned and messy

Location is excellent but the furniture is rickety and needs maintenance

A beautiful and luxurious hotel overlooking the fountain. I would recommend it for recreation. There is a restaurant, a cafe, a gym, and close to the Corniche.

This is one of the best hotels in middle east. All staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel had great buffet breakfast. The fish market restaurant and Brazilian restaurant spears are also very good for lunch & dinner. This is a great hotel at a great price.

The place is nice and the sports club is nicer than beautiful

One of the best, oldest hotel I ever see. Though I didn't get the chance to sleep there but for event purposes, they will serve you and do whatever it takes to make it successful due to their experience and their professionalism.. Looking forward to try their rooms and highly, highly, highly recommended if you want to do an event or a conference. This is a perfect place because their halls and their buffet are fantastic.

I went for breakfast at the hotel. It is an open buffet with all oriental cuisine and others characterized by a variety of lovers meat and vegetarians excellent and varied taste. I would recommend it.

Great location, great interface, great service, the lobby is the most comfortable place and the presence of roses and huge vases is what I liked the most .. I was bothered by the presence of the mosquito in the room at the first night but I hope the hotel management to take care of spraying in the neighboring area periodically so enjoy the rooms ..
