Very well-kept hotel, everything was great despite the difficult times. Staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast as always at Intercontinental Hotel was great.

Unbelievable great hotel. Class service. Great rooms. For those who can afford, definitely great.

My husband and I stayed at the Berlin InterContinental for 3 nights at the end of November for a short break and to take in the city. The hotel was fantastic and the standard of accommodation surpassed my expectations. Breakfast time was an impressive feast and something not to be missed! Most importantly the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The hotel offers a gym and pool which again was a credit to the hotel and provided a really high standard of facilities.

It is always nice to check in here! Starting with the friendly welcome at the turnstile, the reception at the check-in or the staff, which can be found on the floors. An absolute highlight is the Marlene Bar! It leaves nothing to be desired and the technically perfect and highly committed bar staff make the visit to a very special experience ... in conclusion, I can only recommend to everyone the spectacular breakfast ... it just looks like its the same ... it's easy Perfect! Whether for classic, health-conscious, guests with intolerances or the very small guests-the shopkeeper-shop with the healthy treats is just great ... there is something for everyone !!! We will definitely be back !!! See you soon...

Nice hotel and very accessible. There is a concierge with this hotel. Food was great even through the plates looked empty . The view on the top floor private dining area is amazing. A must see.

Great Hotel close the Zoo of Berlin. It s very well connected to the public transport and visiting the Marlene Bar is an absolute must have...

The building is not only for hotel but also for conference and meeting. The food is good.

Beautiful Berlin hotel. Situated on the edge of the Tiergarten park, the rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The hotel is beautiful! The staff was lovely. The breakfast is excellent, wide choice at any level. The indoor pool is very nice. Room service top! To recommend with eyes closed !

6 stars!This hotel was amazing!! My family and I loved it. We stayed over Christmas time and it was a real treat for us. The Breakfast was world class, loved the spa. Staff friendly and really professional etc. Would def go back!Only small thing that I was very surprised by was the 8.50 for the Tea in the Bar downstairs but other than that, super awesome.

Our room was clean, spacious and very well equipped. We are happy to come back!

Luxury you should afford. One does not have a birthday every day and a "round" already not at all. Why not visit Berlin and a great hotel? The staff is accommodating without being intrusive. The central location is ideal. The equipment of the hotel is discreet luxury.
The breakfast buffet is a show in itself. Extensive and good food.
A long weekend that you will not forget so fast.

Very nice room and service, quality of food is excellent, the breakfast is the best in Europe. Just by the Berlin zoo, location wise is also good. Great for holding events as well.

A great hotel, great service, great place. Located in the center of West Berlin, with a Zoo next to it, KDW (shopping mall) just half a mile away, and numerous places to go out and eat. Intercontinental features pool, SPA, gym, tasty breakfasts, helpful staff, great service for decent price. I totally and completely enjoyed my staying.

Very good food. Courteous staff. Would have loved to stay longer than three days. Tip for new guests to before you offer to also be able to take everything to complete. So for example, I had no bathing suits there and seen the Omelettbar too late on the first day.

The hotel is excellent and luxurious although the building is old but has been renovated excellently and features good service and staff are very helpful and what distinguishes the hotel is very excellent location for the sights and attractions, for me I can book it several times.

I attended a workshop there and i was so amazed with architecture... love it

This hotel has a great reputation, and I have stayed here many times in the past 10 years. However, in recent in recent years the quality of this property has greatly declined. The people working at the hotel, all have a great attitude and are extremely friendly and helpful. But in other areas the hotel has gone down hill. The cleanliness of a hotel is a big concern to me, one of the most important factor for many people probably. His hotel is dirty. It looks nice and clean, but that is just superficial. I take my shoes off when I get into a room to get comfortable, if I'm barefoot or wearing white socks in my room here, quickly, my feet or my white socks turn black on the bottom. The padded headboards, that we all lean against when watching television or reading in bed are filthy. I bought some disinfectant wipes at the local Rossmanns and cleaned the headboard off, the white wipes turned dark brown. Disgusting. Wiping down the telephone and the television remote yielded similar the disgusting brown wipes. On my two previous stays, about six months apart, the toilet overflowed. On this most recent stay, the bathroom sink was extremely slow to drain, nearly overflowing. In addition, the television Entertainment package is quite meager. I would expect a much better selection for entertainment in a upscale hotel such as the InterContinental hotel. The location is good, and the food from room service has been very good.

A huge, luxurious hotel with great staff and services

InterContinental Berlin December 2019. . our feedback.

We already had a good two months for the
29.12. - 01.01. reserved!
. . our request was a room on the top floor
if possible with a view of the center of Berlin. .
After a telephone consultation, we were informed that
something like this is only possible on the day of arrival and on site.
. . on the day of arrival we are only on the third floor
and landed with a view of the garden. . .
(Responding to the wishes of the hotel guests clearly looks different for me !!!)

The rooms are clean, but small and 4.5 stars is something you imagine differently, a toilet without ventilation ?

The breakfast buffet is colorful but unfortunately only for the masses and without class. .

We will definitely be in Berlin next time

Nice staff and mushmallows in the entrance served. Beatiful pool, pleasant atmosphere, and the zoo is just 5 minutes of walk distance.

The hotel is quite outdated. It has a big lobby and the room os spacious but some little things (such as the clogged sink, room burned bulb) made my experience not as expected.

I paid a premium to stay at the intercontinental aiming to have a perfect experience but it was not.

What made me not happy the most is that they asked me to pay more money to have a late checkout.

All that being said, i really liked the breakfast buffet and the room space.

Great breakfast, very good service and plus spa. Location ok, about a quarter walk to u-bahn.
