A great hotel with a sensational restaurant. I recommend especially the breakfast which is insane and driving will find something for everyone. Beautiful views from the cafe on the hotel's top floor. The hotel staff is perfect not to mention the Polish chef and his cooking artistry.
Excellent service, definitely recommend a club level upgrade to get unlimited bar. And make sure to check out their spa.

Although it is a large hotel with a detailed attention, every year it loses the quality of its services such as food, and needs some renovation.

I booked this hotel using credit card points and based on the reviews. I normally stay at Marriott hotels since I am an elite member with them. I had the suite with king sized bed and a sofa bed.

Wish there was an extra sheet beneath the comforter since I got too hot at night and an option for a thinner layer would have been nice.

The shower wand would not stay in the place. I had to use the bathrobe waisttie to tie the wand to the base so it would stay upright.
The sink did not drain well. It was disgusting. A curly hair from a previous guest bubbled up and got stuck on the metal ring around the drain.
The toiletries, towels, robes, slippers we're very nice.

Next time I would stay in Postdamer Platz which is right where all the attractions are. We ended up getting an Uber every day since we were there only for 3 days and didn't want to spend too much time taking public transportation.

On the first day, the breakfast was cold (eggs, sausages, rice congee, etc).
Scrambled egg was overcooked and under seasoned.
The breakfast area was way too small for such a large hotel. You'd end up having to wait in line to get eggs. During busy hours you may not even find a table. This was the biggest disappointment because the breakfast was one of the reasons I booked this hotel.

We stayed here for a weekend in March. The location is really good if you want to visit the west area of Berlin, the metro and train station is less than 10mins walking distance, the zoo is just right beside. The check-in wasn t really professional lots of primary information to give a guest at the first visit were missed (eg breakfast time etc). I also found the staff at check in to be quite unprofessional, especially for a give star hotel. The room was quite nice, very clean and maybe one of the most spacious you can find in Berlin. There is also a coffee machine and mini bar if you want. Towel, bath robe and slippers, which are changed everyday.
Breakfast was excellent with everything you could ask for. The only negative point was the service, I can understand the place could be busy but I found the none of the staff acknowledged you when you were trying to find a place to sit or needed a coffee. This should definitely be improved.
To get there from SXF airport I advice to get a Uber. Overall it was very pleasant.

The service staff is patient and very polite to provide assistance (Bosch capsule coffee/tea machine, because the capsule is upside down, it has been unable to use, the service staff directly to the room to help solve), free WiFi to force network speed super fast The breakfast is nothing to say, it really is the luxury level of the 5-star InterContinental Hotel, the variety is delicious, ask the service staff to hot water, take the initiative to help fill the thermos, from the bottom of the heart directly grateful, service attitude and spirit, worth a Raise, big push.

The receptionist, who I called on March 27th, 2020 at 2:15 p.m., knows the offer of the hotel. This offers as part of a large advertisement, instead of registering at the hotel there for 680 euros per month. At Corona time, a good idea. However, the employees do not know their own offers. 5 star hotel at the highest level, should be different. Otherwise the receptionist would have no idea about anything.

This is actually a wonderful hotel. The service is perfect, right down to the shoe cleaning. The rooms are spotless to great, especially the wet area. BUT: in spite of this the house has come from you for years. I went there for the first time 50 years ago! Because of the upcoming heat wave, I chose a "class hotel" with air conditioning. But it doesn't make it. My room has a constant 27 degrees. Not good! There is no air conditioning at breakfast, so sweating is guaranteed. In addition. The faucet is dripping in my room. How should I wash my hands with Corona ??? I have now asked for repairs three times. Nothing happens. Particularly annoying. ALL restaurants, bars are closed! Although everything is opened all around. I have the slightest suspicion that Corona is being used as an opportunity to save performance. ?
So all in all, with a lot of good will, three stars. I'm actually sorry!

It is a very good hotel. The room was just having enough space. I like the coffee served in room. The indoor pool also great. You can spend your day by swimming and enjoying jacuzzi free and spent some money that worth for a nice spa, sauna, steam bath, ice bath and another relaxations available.
Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. Took off a star because the beds are terrible. They are incredibly firm, making it feel like you're sleeping on the floor. Everything else is great, but those beds need to change.

The Interconti is a well located Hotel with easy access to the Tiergarten, Zoo and KaDeWe.
It is especially well suited for holding professional conferences with plenty of meeting rooms.
The SPA is a real enjoyment with great massages, a very nice swimming pool and a 24-hour fitness centre. Except for massages and the Sauna ( 15/day) everything is included.
There is a nice bar on the 14th floor with a great view over the city as well as the Club Lounge on the 8th floor of the other tower.
The rooms are very comfortable and of a generous size.
All in all a very recommendable Hotel.

Modern hotel with upscale amenities. Rooms are handsome and comfortable. Breakfast is quite expensive though offers a fairly decadent spread. Prices are steep; book ahead (2+ months if possible) to save substantially. Service is accommodating.
Close to the Zoo and 12 minutes walk from Shopping and KaDeWe and other department stores.

The staff response is kind. Breakfast is quite delicious. There is also Chinese food. There is champagne. The room is very clean.
We recently visited the InterContinental Berlin. Except for - partly non-modernized rooms - a very good hotel. The location is very good - near Zoologischer Garten, KaDeWe, Bauhaus Archive Museum ... The rich breakfast is a good start to the day - here there is an extra star. The SPA area we did not use - therefore no rating possible. The Marlene Bar is highly recommended - excellent cocktails. The heart of this hotel are the staff - very friendly and helpful. There is no problem that can not be solved. We had a wonderful time - thank you. One of the best hotels in Berlin.
