One of my favorite hotels in Berlin !! Price performance is right here !! Great location, chic rooms, good service, fine bar & great wellness area with heated whirlpool (only very few hotels in Berlin) !!

Nice staff and nice atmosphere. Club service is also not objectionable. There is a covered and heated smoking area, but it is very tedious to reach this from the room. I would like to visit the InterContinental Berlin again!
I was a conference guest. Very nice hotel! Great bathroom, everything was very clean, especially the rooms and the marble bathroom. Bathrobe, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, king size bed, SmartTV and in-room espresso machine (No. 528). However, I do not know if all the rooms are so well equipped. Gladly again!
The hotel is just super. The rooms are nice. The food is decent. Pool and whirlpool class! One thing I didn t like was that the room is noisy with ventilation; you cannot sleep. I had to call Lobby every day so that the technician disconnected. Automation itself includes ventilation at 10.00. The staff is polite and did everything we asked.
I've visited the hotel as part of a business trip; the staff had a massive problem with doing their job; starting from the smallest things like changing the misspelled sign with them, ending with just being nice when being asked for a small favour (bringing an iron). Very disappointed, as at the end of the day the staff is the main factor when it comes to making a guest feel comfortable.
Our number 1 in Berlin! Great hotel in a nice location, very good food, attentive, friendly service, everything was superior. It is worth an upgrade, especially with regard to the animal species. We were organizers and more than happy with the banquet office. Great performance, highly professional !!
After several stays I can't say anything negative - great hotel, good service, nice rooms and the Marlene Bar is definitely worth a visit. I will gladly come again!
At first glance it looks like a very large and luxurious hotel, but it is the details that made me lower the score. For example, customer service is not as efficient as one would expect from the Germans, in addition to the fact that one must endure his lack of natural kindness.
This Hotel, despite its well-known brand, now does not stand up to any critic. Today, as yesterday there is a multi-thousand conference. This is today a niche of this hotel. And, to stay in Berlin is better in other hotels.
great hotel rooms very spacious staff were fantastic good was brill anything you could want to eat & from so many different countries this is beyond doubt 1 of the best hotels ive stayed in
Nice rooms. Internet relatively slow. Really fast internet is available for 20 per day. Sockets for LAN cables are switched off. Sauna is not included so even for 15 per day. Children are only allowed in the pool at certain times. The water in the pool is rather fresh, especially in the morning. Breakfast buffet for 34 is a little overpriced. The sauna area is nice but has no exit outside. Hotel location is really great.
Every time I go to Berlin (2x/year) I'm staying in this hotel. They generally have great weekend rates, beautiful rooms, excellent pool + sauna area. Really a beautiful hotel, also next to the zoo and many shopping centers. I had one problem with the bed sheets throughout the many times staying here, and the problem was solved immediately by the staff. Excellent breakfast, also...not the typical hotel breakfast, much better. Thanks!
Easy to reach, very friendly and courteous staff, great room. Felt right away and did not want to go home. Bathroom was great. Breakfast in the restaurant very diverse and extremely tasty.
A beautiful hotel in the middle of the city. Everything is within easy reach like the zoo if you have children or if you feel like shopping you can go to the many shopping centers like KaDeWe, Bikini Haus or Europa Center. The staff in the hotel is very friendly and the food is delicious.
Fantastic hotel located near many of the historic sites in Berlin. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff are friendly (and fluent in several languages). Amenities are great, room service is reasonably priced, and the rooms are spacious.
Of the 5-star hotels in Berlin always one of the first addresses. Friendly staff, modern and spacious rooms and great bathrooms in all categories. Especially recommended: the spa and the Club Intercontinental (for an More
The InterContinental Berlin is now my "home" in Berlin. Extremely attentive and friendly service, absolutely quiet rooms and great beds, rich breakfast with a crew that remembers my personal wishes and preferences and great cocktails at the Marlene Bar - perfect!
This is a very nice, Hotel, huge and inviting foyer and plenty of doormen to ensure your guided to the right spot. It is a practical and well placed Berlin city hotel. The service is superb, from checkin at the IHG Ambassador Express line, my paperwork was ready and suite with extra pillows and fruit and water all ready, If you join the IHG rewards program you are guaranteed the best possible rate online beating all other online companies and InterContinental of course, have the Ambassador program which has its benefits also. Such as guaranteed upgrade, a in room gift, bottled water and fruit. The concierge services are brilliant. Really a special mention needs to be made to Sebastian and Kevin they simply are real Service ambassadors to this grand hotel and love their work. It was a pleasure to meet them and they are to a well traveled person refreshing to meet such great team members. They organise everything from maps, tours, bookings and plenty of advice on exciting things to do. Sebastian also has a real passion for IHG so he can tell you all about the company if your interested, I was.
The location right in the heart of the city offers great views, the rooms are decorated with great taste, and lighting. there's a nice restaurant and Marlene's bar in the lobby. This has plenty of photos of Marlene Dietrich and the team here were all very nice, but I'd be amiss not to send a heartbeat out to the very Happy, and smiling Pascale. Such great service and so very pleasant, made our night. There's a club lounge which I didn't see which is a shame as it's a retreat for me as I don't drink alcohol or eat very much at all so,it's not about the complimentary f&b it's about a quiet zone, nor can I tell you about it or know if it's nice or not. Maybe next time?
Please make sure you book a room/suite pay that little more for executive room so you get an upper floor with views of the activity and bright lights of the vaste city. You will love it. The rooms have great soft plush beds, lovely linens and bathroom amenities which are all top rate. There's separate shower, rain shower, bathtub and bidet. Unusually the curtains aren't Block out, but I'd describe them as grey out, but you are aware when the sun rises. Theres a do not disturb switch to block access to your room and airco is great and ensures a good nights rest and sleep in.
Spend some time in the Marlene bar and maybe you will meet one of the VIP or stars that may stay in this hotel. The walls are covered with photos of these guests. Overall Great staff make this a Great hotel, and I would recommend it if your an IHG Ambassador and in Berlin.
