Good hotel in a good location with very helpful and friendly staff

Rude barmen, mint leaf in tea. Burger without salt etc.

A very prestigious 5 star hotel, kind and professional staff service, the hotel bar is very beautiful with the best service I have met, the dining room has excellent service, the room is large and clean, with every little detail you need. They think about everything you need .

It is a great hotel to stay in Berlin. I paid $150 per night, but it was worth much more than that. The first surprise was the very spacious room. It was quite interesting to see an island coffee table in the middle of the bedroom. Although I didn't use the coffee maker, the table was useful for other purposes.
The best part of the hotel was breakfast buffet. It offered various food including Chinese dumplings and fishball soup. Every food tasted all good and I was sorry for not being able to try all of them during my 2-night stay. All of my colleagues agreed that breakfast buffet was the highlight.

Very good hotel with impeccable service. The price-performance ratio is good. The room service and bars are as in all Berlin hotels of the category expensive. The pool area is good, but not the youngest. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired.

Everything you would expect from a 5 * hotel, rooms but very small

Good place for big events. Service perfect. Everything perfectly structured and very clean. I can only judge the areas of the hotel outside the room. Did not live here, just "met". That convinced me all around.

Such a nice place. Breakfast buffet is a must. Spa area is quiet, pity they charge you for the sauna. Friendly staff, good location with easy access to the city. Only remark i have is the airco is a bit loud even at low ventilatio. All in all, perfect stay, thank you for all the details and attentions.

Disgusted by their service. They put me on hold when I tried to complain to the general manager which I never had the chance to talk to (waited 20 minutes on hold and I had to give up in the end). Worst InterContinental hotel I've ever dealt with.

The rooftop restaurant / bar is fantastic and provides a beautiful view over Berlin!

Mein Einzelzimmer in Ecklage war recht klein, v.a. um das Bett herum war wenig Platz.

Always good choise for a business trip in Berlin. We could enjoy our breakfast very much, as Yannik Voigt has offered us a perfect service every day

This is by far our favourite hotel in Europe. Staying there 4-5 times a year and always looking forward to the next visit. In fact, Berlin became our favourite short break city in Europe because of Intercontinental (sure Berlin is a great city as well - but Interconti is defo making it even more special).
Staying usually in Club rooms with lounge access - service in Club lounge is second to none. We feel always recognised and looked after very well by all staff over there.
Rooms are super comfy - tried many different ones - from standard club rooms all the way to senior suites and all of them are top quality.
Spa in Interconti is just superb. 2 steam rooms, 1 large sauna, massive whirlpool and super large swimming pool. Because of this SPA many times we choose to go to Berlin for a weekend just to relax a bit and feel spoiled for couple of days.
The only hotels with this quality of service we have been to are in South-East Asia which is well known for top quality customer service in their 5* properties - however in Europe it is very rare where you feel looked after so well.
Intercontinental in Berlin definitely understand meaning of word "hospitality" - many hotels could simply learn from them.
Looking forward to our next stays.

I stayed for a few nights over New years and my God I have never experienced better customer service and hospitality in my life.

Fantastic Breakfast, but really slow to help and some waiters without much smile og service in mind. A relatively small room in comparisson to my colleagues very large to the same price. A very easily to upset pool-manager. Not much service to look after clothing and bagage after check-out. Some very little service minded waiters in the bar except one smiling junior girl.

Good business hotel. Facilities are decent and mostly co-located. Tech support very good. Bar excellent.

Rooms and service are impeccable. Great option if you are staying for business, but relatively expensive for area and may not be best choice if traveling for leisure given availability of similar hotels for half the price or boutique hotels with more character. If you stay make sure to take a walk or morning run in park and visit beer gardens nearby.

Large, modern, business and conference hotel. Rooms are spacious and quietly luxurious. Comfy beds. The hotel feels a bit like an ocean liner with the floors on terraces over the reception. The conference area is large and easily swallows a 1000-person even without breaking sweat. Catering is good. Pool is clean and the fitness room is more spa than shed.

First class service during ICEF Berlin! Amazing service!

I am really disappointed ... This hotel is described as a 5 * hotel. However, there were so many problems! I mention a few points: "Cafe" machine ... it runs out is just a tea machine and all you want in the morning is a good cafe that you can't make yourself here ... Next: actually another point for the machine. The water tank is calcified (see pictures). Hygiene measures have sometimes not been observed (see picture).
I now prefer to. Conclusion: my room was certainly not a 5 * hotel in my whole life ... If you want to go there, everyone should have their own experiences ... I have only described my problems with the room here ...

Great hotel with very friendly and courteous staff. A special highlight are the star restaurant with breathtaking views and the Marlene Bar, where you can end the day in a pleasant atmosphere.

I love it, the pool is great in the morning before breakfast, the breakfast is a hit and is well attended, omelet, Bavarian white sausages with mustard just delicious, cereals all sorts available, the most beautiful is the fruit, like watermelon and orange, the bar in the evening has delicious cocktails, the environment is great too. The rooms are nice, the bed was a bit too hard, a topper let me sleep, I have visited many hotels with 5 stars, but this is my favorite in Berlin.

Just attended a conference there but the hotel looks amazing from the inside. If you have a meeting there, you should be looking forward to it ;)

After my last stay in Berlin I had two days conference at this hotel. There are actually many conference rooms that are equipped with all technical facilities. The staff is very friendly and competent. The staff are all matters. Due to the enormous size, groups of several hundred people can meet easily. I have stayed in a hotel next door, so I can give to the rooms no information.

Unfortunately only for 1 night. The room was small, but the comforts of the bed and the incredible, fantastic breakfast and central location made up for the room rate. I would like to come here again and again.

We are super satisfied with the area, breakfast would have to get 5 stars again. Super selection of food and fresh juices to the fruit. The pool area as well as sauna ezt. Super well maintained very friendly staff as in the whole house. The rooms are also rated by us Top. We will definitely be back
