Very complicated place to make business reservations. You can authorize the payment for breakfast without authorizing the accomodation both in the same reservations! At a weekend of course the company cant correct the difficult and confusing paperwork required.
It is more comfortable than InterContinental's base, but if you want to see or shop, you have to walk for 5-10 minutes. Quiet and classic hotel!
The Hospitality shown by the Staff and Management has been nothing short of astounding. The Rooms are comfortable and spacious, the hotel bar is great and the breakfast is amazing.

Staff, rooms, service, food all 5 star. I found nothing was too much trouble during my stay. My generously sized room looked over towards the zoo but it was very quiet - I will definitely stay here again

This was serious one of the best hotels I stayed in. We stayed with Christmas for 6 days and the rooms, facilities, pool, bar and location are excellent.
We were traveling with our 5 month old son and the staff could really just not to enough for us. They were so friendly, and accommodating. Excellent breakfast included with the room. Good location - walking distance to major parts of the city, close to a large park and the zoo! Would highly recommend.

A grandiose hotel with the glamorous charm of dignified grand hotels. Hardly anywhere else can you find such a lavish generosity of space and facilities. Since I was only there for an event, I can not judge the rooms. Meeting and function rooms are outstanding! Likewise the bar Marlene, in which one serves first class.

The building has 2 buildings, the one on the lower right and newer, but if you want to enjoy a fantastic view it is worth choosing the rooms of the building on the left with 14 floors! The rooms are equally beautiful.

The rooms are spacious and the furnishings are of high quality. There is plenty of storage space for luggage and the equipment is very comfortable, from a coffee maker to an ironing board.
The location is ideal for shopping queens and kings. Unfortunately the spa area was closed this time, which is terrific! The pool is really huge and there is a large jacuzzi. There are loungers both inside and outside to relax. I keep my fingers crossed that the great hotel and its friendly staff will survive the Corona crisis!

A nice organic massage, came with a cargo bike, with organic oil for massaging and kneaded my body so that I can celebrate the rest of Easter.

Great location in the middle of Berlin. Certainly not cheap, but a fantastic breakfast buffet with own chef, a very large until 23 o'clock usable pool and a gigantic whirlpool make a lot of betting.

This is without a doubt one of the best hotels I've stayed in, in Europe compared to pricing and service level. I have been here twice now and I'm not disappointed.
They have excellent rooms. The morning buffet is filled with all the needs of your heart no matter you nationality or diet.

Beautiful place. I first visited the bar and got a pisco sour. Soooo good! Lounge area which is cozy. We got ice cream our last night. So good. The other drink is the homemade. Also yummy. Good location to the park and malls. Room was superb! I loved the big bathroom with plug for my curling iron! Staff was so nice.
The heated marble floors and revolving walls in the suite bathroom were a nice touch. Breakfasts were exceptional all week too!
