We stayed here for a weekend in March. The location is really good if you want to visit the west area of Berlin, the metro and train station is less than 10mins walking distance, the zoo is just right beside. The check-in wasn t really professional lots of primary information to give a guest at the first visit were missed (eg breakfast time etc). I also found the staff at check in to be quite unprofessional, especially for a give star hotel. The room was quite nice, very clean and maybe one of the most spacious you can find in Berlin. There is also a coffee machine and mini bar if you want. Towel, bath robe and slippers, which are changed everyday.
Breakfast was excellent with everything you could ask for. The only negative point was the service, I can understand the place could be busy but I found the none of the staff acknowledged you when you were trying to find a place to sit or needed a coffee. This should definitely be improved.
To get there from SXF airport I advice to get a Uber. Overall it was very pleasant.
