I booked this hotel using credit card points and based on the reviews. I normally stay at Marriott hotels since I am an elite member with them. I had the suite with king sized bed and a sofa bed.

Room & bed:

Comfortable bed and sheets
Wish there was an extra sheet beneath the comforter since I got too hot at night and an option for a thinner layer would have been nice.

Bathroom:

The shower wand would not stay in the place. I had to use the bathrobe waisttie to tie the wand to the base so it would stay upright.
The sink did not drain well. It was disgusting. A curly hair from a previous guest bubbled up and got stuck on the metal ring around the drain.
The toiletries, towels, robes, slippers we're very nice.

Next time I would stay in Postdamer Platz which is right where all the attractions are. We ended up getting an Uber every day since we were there only for 3 days and didn't want to spend too much time taking public transportation.

Breakfast:

On the first day, the breakfast was cold (eggs, sausages, rice congee, etc).
Scrambled egg was overcooked and under seasoned.
The breakfast area was way too small for such a large hotel. You'd end up having to wait in line to get eggs. During busy hours you may not even find a table. This was the biggest disappointment because the breakfast was one of the reasons I booked this hotel.
