The frontdesk service is very good and friendly, the menu is very varied and surprisingly there is a "fried noodle" menu in the restaurant menu book. The hotel is very spacious and most like the lush rose garden at the front of the hotel building. The staff is also very friendly and helpful when I ask questions about areas around the hotel that can be visited. Really want to be able to visit Almaty again.

Guarded parking, convenient to enter and leave, I have not been in the hotel (rooms) for a long time, so I cannot give an assessment.

The old name was Ankara Hotel. No any change since 2002.

High end hotel - all the facilities one would need away from home - can't complain about anything at all - but you pay for what you get.

It's ok, the rooms are big, the bathroom spacious but so dated as well as the carpets. The swimming pool is a silly shape, not suitable for swimming lengths. Over priced for what it is.

SPA is super! Bought an annual subscription. We will walk with the whole family!

Nice quality of place, spacious rooms with good view. Very nice looking lobby and the afternoon piano session is very relaxing. Service is also very helpful. I would only recommend to change cosmetics (shampoo and shower gel) for better quality as the one used are rather low quality.
The room was well prepared for my visit and small details were taken care of

I arrived at 7am yesterday and as I pre-booked i will be charged for a whole night stay. I left the room at 10am leaving the call for room claning service on. I arrived at 1am in the night (13 hrs later the call) and the door lock was broken. Funny and weird thing is no room service even tried to open the door so i had to wait for 20 mins for a room replacement And guess what is given for such bad service?

Was here for a conference. Organization at a high level. Food, comfortable chairs, equipment. The room is small but spacious.

Not the same place as was 10 years ago. They even leased out their spa and guests can not order a drink without having a bank card. If you look for hotel at this price range, look at other hotels in Almaty, there are worthier choices.

Top Hotel, staff are wonderful and very happy to help where needed, Breakfast is very nice.

Ohhhh it's just a little architectural art, you just look at the appearance of the hotel. Service, service, the dish is simply divine. Located in the city center, go wherever you want all the attractions of our city there.
