I really liked the service, the highest score, very warm and pleasant people

Excellent hotel, polite staff, pleasant atmosphere.

I will not tell you about the hotel, but the events that can take place there. So, food - woooo !!!!, beer and wine even more !!!!, and cognac by the river! A huge number of guests and a huge number of delicious and varied food! Well, I didn t live in the hotel itself, but I think that the level is kept in everything.

great location, very friendly and attentive staff, the rooms are a bit dated but overall a very comfortable place to stay, one of the best hotel breakfasts in the world.

Good hotel, formerly called Ankara. We have a lot of events here, every Wednesday there is a meeting of our international women's club - an expats club. I put 4 stars for the kitchen, because the food is really not up to par - it leaves much to be desired, especially the menu set at major balls and events, it is clearly not worth the requested money. The last time at our table, not a single guest had eaten a single dish that was served here, and some even complained about the smell of rotten eggs coming from food.

Pleasant staff. Nice ambient background music. Very clean swimming pool and facilities. The beauty parlor I give 5 stars for their manner and expertise. I will certainly return.

Nice hotel, reasonably priced for what you get, and in a great location - you can walk to many good pubs, restaurants, and bars without taking a taxi.

In my opinion this is one of the best hotels in Almaty

Outdated hotel in every aspect, from furnishings, to tv to ambiance. Unreliable as did not get wake up call on 2nd day. Room service food and breakfast not bad.

Chic hotel. When I first got here, I was very pleasantly surprised. The huge lobby, which I consider to be the hallmark of any hotel. Everything is on the level here, the lobby, cafes, bars and restaurants are simply chic. Also went up to the room, and also liked everything. Everything is tasteful and beautiful. I definitely recommend it to everyone, and the location is also excellent. Downtown, everything is available.

In February 6-7, 2019 I was at the meeting in this hotel. My new Iphone XS was stolen in the restaurant at lunch on February 7. I just left my bag for 2-3 minuts to get some food. Two my other cell phones were in the bag. We reported to the managers. I got 3-4 calls from the security guys same day. They said that there is no camera coverage for that table were we had lunch. Nothing was done after

Terrible hotel, the room came and there are people around it, and the door is open. I go no things no passport no nothing. Then the reception says that he knows nothing. The police are blackmailing this InterContinental.

Excellent hotel with adequate service - spent 2 weeks here. Very friendly staff at the reception and in the restaurant. The cuisine in the restaurant is of a high standard. The hotel has a spa area with pools for adults and children, a sauna and a Turkish bath. There is also a gym. This is all included in the cost of living.
There were little things on the number (the safe did not work, the refrigerator was locked, etc.), but everything was quickly resolved.
I recommend!
