I arrived at 7am yesterday and as I pre-booked i will be charged for a whole night stay. I left the room at 10am leaving the call for room claning service on. I arrived at 1am in the night (13 hrs later the call) and the door lock was broken. Funny and weird thing is no room service even tried to open the door so i had to wait for 20 mins for a room replacement And guess what is given for such bad service?
