If you are unlucky and have a crowd then the drama begins ... "you have to be patient", "I told you it's waiting", "I'm trying to serve you" and time passes (about 2 hours from the time you gave his details child) and the child becomes intolerant and asks "when will we leave" and you ask again "how much more time will I wait?" and you get the answer "be patient you are the next one" and time passes ... HOSPITAL;"

Unacceptable bureaucracy !!!! In an emergency waiting 2.5 hours for a pediatrician to see an infant ... Then go to the office, bring us another piece of paper. Go to the pediatrician. Get off at the secretariat again. Not again at the office. Again at the secretariat. Now wait again ...... And there we got our little one-and-a-half night after we left at 10 and left.

Although I have read quite a few negative comments, we have finally decided to give birth to the Diabolics.
Our experience was very good and positive .. The midwives and the nurses were very kind .. guided us and helped us a lot..she was always there when we pressed the "panic button" ... all in all good !!
And most importantly we didn't have anything "extra" in the payment and we paid what we had originally said !! It would be all the better if prices were lower, for today's data.

My father, despite being a public incident due to severe cerebral hemorrhage, was transferred to the ICU of the Balkans and from the first moment until today he has stood in the best way for himself and our family without any discrimination. There are people even the inter-Balkan has one of the best in this position.

The emergency staff (nurses, ambulances) on Tuesday 23/7/19, in the morning hours were mainly very helpful and everyone was kind and willing to help, especially the young ones.

My wife was in the best of hands, the nursing staff and doctors always tried hard, and a German-speaking colleague was almost always there, which helped us a lot as no Greek and no English and, in the event of illness, information about what man (woman) has and what is done is very important is.

For the second time, one for my son older and one for my wife more recently, the orthopedist tried to maximize foot stroke so that we could nerve. After asking me how much it cost, when I came back and told him the price, he suggested that he come home and serve me with a third of the money. This is a serious hospital with super modern facilities and specialists in every field. For the record I was not hospitalized here but needed to see a specialist same day and have a lab test done while in Thessaloniki. The whole process was handled extremely smoothly by their international patients department that set up a consultation with me and I saw a doctor when I wanted and had lab test results within 2 hours. My appointment was schedule for 2, arrived at 12:45, saw a doctor at 1. Left at 1230 and had lab test results at 3. That is quite impressive by any standards. I visited another international hospital in Athens and this one seems far more professional and better managed.

Update. I had to be hospitalized here for one night and the doctors and staff are amazing. Facilities are fantastic. You have good food 24 hour cafe with espresso and alcohol and if you are lucky you get a room with a view of the sea and sunsets. Nobody likes to stay in a hospital but if you have to, come here. You will be extremely well taken care of.

A big thank you to the whole MRI department at -1 where we did the MRI on our little 6 year old, mainly to KYRIA TASOULA, GOOD LUCK TO YOUR GOD AND YOUR FAMILY! and to the lady radiologist who gave us an assessment after the magnetic because it was the fifth while the result would come out on Monday. And in the pediatric ward where we went for hospitality for a while until the little ones woke up everything was perfect!

But it is unacceptable, indecent, rude to imagine after surgery my mother could not eat and vomited to shout at the onlookers nurses we made a thousand forced to come. Yesterday I visited the Inter-Balkan for diagnostic tests and circulated up to level 0 among a lot of people and a worrying crowd even though all the visitors in one way or another observed the corona protection measures, wore masks and kept their distance. However, I was badly impressed by the doctor who was in doctor's office no. 66 at level 0, who did NOT wear a mask even when receiving patients in his office and examining them !!! I witnessed this behavior since I was waiting right in front of the open door of his office on 9/6/20 and from around 10.50 until 11.00. And no, there was no mask even for a sample on his empty desk! ...

We gave birth yesterday 11 and 30 I am still waiting to declare my child .. SHAME in a private hospital yes these are done with our money they live and write to us with the result that our measures are broken

We went into our anxiety and panic because our 6-month-old had hit his hand while he was playing and screaming in pain. I will start from the traffic office. Full irony because I had forgotten the private security contract number and the employee had to look for it himself with the information I gave him! Tired mom! The child was seen by an orthopedist, who not only did not take off his clothes to examine him, he told me that he is too young to understand what he has. He also saw the X-ray we took and apparently did not even have the basic knowledge to understand that the child had a dislocation in the elbow. His little hand was completely immobilized. They sent us home, promising that the next morning they would call us to make an appointment with their pediatrician (a phone call that never happened). Fortunately, we immediately went to a private doctor, who received us the same day and the man was pulling his hair with the incompetence of a colleague! I should note that when we called Agios Loukas, maybe there was an appointment to take him there, people told us to come and if necessary we would immediately call the pediatric orthopedist we work with to see the baby. I wonder why this did not happen in the Balkans and I had to force my child to suffer until the next day for their superficiality. I do not go outside again after that of course! . In the group in Athens that we had to visit, everything had worked around the clock and our people were opening the doors, in Thessaloniki the ball has been lost somewhere!

We went to a pediatric orthopedic clinic and the doctor who saw our little one referred us to a private appointment. For the first time I see in the emergency room that there is no pediatric orthopedist. That is, if a child breaks his leg, will he need an appointment to have a cast put on him? I say I am waiting for my wife in 10 '' she will be out .... she answers me in a raised tone of voice: '' If it is not already outside, LEAVE and come back later because you are closing the road .. . '' I left while my wife had already gone out and I did a round trip, because I just did not want to go down because I do not know how I would react honestly

Conclusion 1: if you have a job later according to the people there do not make an appointment because they themselves do not know what happens to them ...

I went in to have a small operation without overnight. I went at 7: 0 am and until 8:20 was dealing with the paperwork and the cost of remuneration. But the problem was elsewhere. Preoperative examination in 10 minutes. Infinite staff, or trainee students. They did a cardiogram on me, putting the wires wrong, with the result that they came out negatively. This, if the cardiogram was correct, could mean ischemia. However, they put me in the operating room without anyone noticing. When I left I asked for my exams and so I went to my own cardiologist. He explained to me how things are. Fortunately I have no problem.
Nevertheless, I want to ask .... Who takes responsibility for the preoperative examination. ;
Who would be responsible, if I really had ischemia and me at the time of surgery ???
Also the disposable underwear for the operating room is for children. The nurse cut it so she could get in. ... UNACCEPTABLE

The ultimate disappointment. The services they offer are inversely proportional to their charges. It would be better to invest in medical services rather than impressions.
