One week hospitalization on the second floor, you ring the bell and the nurse comes after an hour. Especially the blonde short nurse is to be replaced immediately. Someone has to explain to her that she serves people, not animals, that what she does is a function and if she can not do it properly she should go home. Very expensive hospital without organization and service.
