Unacceptable bureaucracy !!!! In an emergency wait...

Unacceptable bureaucracy !!!! In an emergency waiting 2.5 hours for a pediatrician to see an infant ... Then go to the office, bring us another piece of paper. Go to the pediatrician. Get off at the secretariat again. Not again at the office. Again at the secretariat. Now wait again ...... And there we got our little one-and-a-half night after we left at 10 and left.
Why leave my money and not go public ??? What finally made the difference ???
The staff were angry, indifferent, and resentful.
Unacceptable, I didn't expect it !!! And I would say give birth there ..... poor
