Yesterday I visited the Inter-Balkan for diagnostic tests and circulated up to level 0 among a lot of people and a worrying crowd even though all the visitors in one way or another observed the corona protection measures, wore masks and kept their distance. However, I was badly impressed by the doctor who was in doctor's office no. 66 at level 0, who did NOT wear a mask even when receiving patients in his office and examining them !!! I witnessed this behavior since I was waiting right in front of the open door of his office on 9/6/20 and from around 10.50 until 11.00. And no, there was no mask even for a sample on his empty desk! ...
