From the moment you get in until you get out all is well and good. Relatively quick service and courteous staff.

BUT ... when it comes time to go to the mezzanine for discharge and get results, you think you're in the most accomplished and premature hospital in the world.

There in the Transcaucasus if there is a manager, a staff manager, such a killer, he probably has to see something go wrong on the mezzanine, otherwise he doesn't do the job himself. It is a shame that so many of the employees of a good medical center are spoiled.
