Mr. Pankaj Kumar | Recruitment Executive contacted me regarding a Cigna opportunity. He asked me to remove a section of my resume that reflects that I participated in an entrepreneurial venture that overlapped with two of my employment scenarios because he found that confusing. I think he got my information from Career Builder he couldn't say for sure. It was very difficult to understand Mr. Pankaj Kumar's English and he did not understand me either, so I asked to speak with his manager or supervisor. I am an English and Business Administration professional. He refused to send me to anyone else. This is definitely an Indian scam. No reading comprehension skills of English language skills. It's a good thing I have stopped trusting anybody that has an Indian accent over the phone. more than likely they are scammers based in India. Then I checked the reviews. I'm pretty sure it's a scam.

I was not impressed with how the recruiter explained how she found my resume (she couldn't exactly say) or her knowledge of the position she was recruiting me for. It was very challenging to understand her heavy accent -- she had to text me words so I could understand. She pushed very hard to get a salary related commitment as well as ask me for personal info such as my date of birth (which she later corrected to just "birthday") as well as the last 4 digits of my social security number. I declined providing information. She pushed to have another conversation later in same day with her "manager" at 5pm. Overall I found the interaction unprofessional and a turn off. I declined further discussion although the job description looked interesting.

Received a call from them today regarding a position for which they felt I was a match. From what she spewed on the phone I couldn t see the match to my skills or background. Upon further questioning she said she would send me an email with the details for me to review. I insisted she explain it then and they are being as she already called and had me on the phone. She did not seem to understand what the position was she was trying to fill or how it mapped to my resume. Out of frustration she must ve hung up on me I called back twice and The phone was answered nothing was said and then she hung up. Third call back she couldn t explain The hangups. Did not know the job to be filled did not know the client filling the job did not know how to vet a potential candidate. Basically a huge waste of time. People if you don t know your job or what you re doing you re in the wrong industry.

Do not waste your time with these people; they are scammers based in India. All the 5 star reviews are obviously fake. They call you with a job too good to be true and try to give you "advice" on your resume. The positions they offer are from other companies that posted their job descriptions on the web. They ask you for your Social Security Number and Date Of Birth. Do not trust them with ANY of your information. They have nothing to offer you.
All my interactions were pleasant and professional. The follow up was consistent and I was provided everything I needed.
Scam company who started spamming my emails with abusive language
This place calls non stop, I don t trust them at all. They asked for my social security over the phone, who does that for a job? In person yes but over the phone, no. They also scheduled an interview for the same day without asking if I had time then got upset when I told him I was busy at my other job. And then said he ll reschedule it for the next day which I was leaving out of town. This place is a mess
These people scamming. And the 5 star reviews are FAKE. Use common sense people. Since when did Indians start recruiting for an American based company??? Never. They re hired to assist in customer service calls, that s it. And that s the truth. I haven t posted an active resume to anyone s job boards or completed any type of job search as I ve been gainfully employed for 6 consecutive years now. They don t come across your resume , but receives our contact info on a paid marketing list.
Horrible, I literally received an email to report to work. A week into the assignment they say I am not clear and not to report to work. It was back and forth for day because they said one thing over the phone than another via email. The job though I just was a no call no show and termination the contract. Intergated Resources did not even put up a fight for my job and it was a miscommunication on there end. Needi was badgering me saying that I made the mistake. I have all the call recording and they are not evening helping trying to help.

My only complaint has nothing to do with Integrated Resources but does have to do with the position fir which I was hired. My original schedule was to be 8-430 M-F and no weekends. Turns out the schedule ended up 9-530 with 1 day every weekend...not every other weekend but 1 day every weekend. Again, not a complaint of IR, but a complaint nonetheless.
I m glad I looked at these reviews before I called them back! I apply for a phlebotomist position and they called me right away, I done got 3 phone calls in 15 minutes and the people who are leaving voicemails you can t understand their English. The fact that people are going on job search and trying to scam people is very sad!

I work as a Recruiter. I think they may want to dig a little deeper than an old Monster account to find information on a potential candidate. They called me offering me a "front desk" assignment in Flint, MI. I live in Grand Rapids, MI. Perhaps find people who speak English a little more clearly and concisely as well.

This is THE place to work with if you are going through a Temp Agency. My main contact initially, Aman Gupta, was very helpful and concerned about making sure I had everything that I needed to complete my onboarding process. After my initial interview, he contacted me to see how it went, and after the first week, asked how the first week went. This company shows genuine interest in you as a worker and will do anything to help you succeed. This was my first experience with an agency and I am so happy it was with Integrated!!!!!

This company is fraud. My husband was called for a phone interview but after reading the reviews we wanted to check with Janssen (the hiring company). Janssen made sure that there was no vacancy and that this is a scam.
They were great I just finished a contract assignment, they got me lined up for an interview quickly and I had a new assignment within two weeks.

Be careful when you talk to these guys they most likely are a scam I got a call from someone named Ronnie and started to search far and wide about the company. How the hell did he get my number, then wanted a resume. The reviews say it all, only one time reviewers with no picture. Don't call them. They are based in New Jersey offered 25 dallors an hour, for a job near where I live in California. I wasn't even searching for a job and I haven't used an agency since 2008, changed my carrier and phone number.

The recruiter I worked with had a heavy Indian acccent. He called in excess of 20 times and continues to text me for one position, including a wake-up call after I told him to stop calling without an appointment. Pushier than any telemarketer I faced in life.Very unprofessional and uncourteous to my schedule and current work and life. The hiring manager was interested in me as a candidate, but I am considering turning down the position because I cannot take anymore of their harassment.

Payal Bariya set up a phone interview with me for a job I was very interested in,and then did not contact me,did not email to offer a reason,just left me hanging. Extremely rude. I even sent a reminder email asking if their was a problem with my phone,but go no response. As I am a serious job hunter,I was more than dissapointed, and very angry. This entire company is a big scam and president of company there plays dirty games with people's career. He started speaking in his own mother languages without realizing person he is talking to knows or not? My career has been ruined by this company badly. They are not even 1% transparent in their work, no ethics, there is a lady, she behaves unprofessionally all the time although they have massive cuts and margins from contractors salaries all the time. They also ask for some unauthorized favors. Totally pathetic and painful experience ever!!!!! Don't trust for sponsorship thing with them!!!!!

I've worked with many recruitment companies and none have been as unprofessional as IRI. I've been in contact with it seems three different consultants, all of who are extremely aggressive and pushy. The latest, and the one who helped me make my decision to write a review, has posted a job to Indeed under a fake company (because boy will I never apply to one of their jobs again) and when asked why he did that he said "oh it's my business and I'm using it to post free job listings for my clients" Meanwhile "his business" is a delivery company. All very strange, not sure what their angle is but I would says you're better off avoiding them then figuring it out.

One of the THE WORST agency ever. If you can get get another agency do it! They don't pay on time. When you call them they have attitude issues. They e-mail you back days later. Just not worth the hassle. They also have no idea how ADP works... They Simply just don't care. The agency gets paid off what you do at work while they lowball you.

I was contacted by Integrated Resources for an associate manufacturing position at Moderna Therapeutics in Norwood MA. I went through the interview process and was told that I would be "extended a job offer on Tuesday" 8/14/18. To my surprise I had not received a phone call that day. I attempted two phone calls to the recruiter and one to her Manager, and did not get a call back. I then received an email telling me I was not chosen for the position on 8/19/18. I asked what charade they were playing and they told me they had been very clear with everything, even though my voicemail says "Congratulations, we have some great news!" Avoid Integrated Resources.
This is a scamming company. Do not give them any information.

My experience working with Ravi from Integrated Resources have been great. I receive a lot of support and everyone I have encountered are helpful and very professional.
Although I'm grateful for the opportunity to work, they call you way too much. They extend the offer to work with them, they send emails. Whether you respond right away or not they call you several more times to make sure you received the email, but also to get you to reply. They have management call you to go over your resume, but they call you several more times to remind you that a manager from their business is going to call you. Then they call you again to say the manager is going to call you within 30 minutes, then call you again saying the manager is on the line. Finally when you talk with the manager it is over the same information you discussed with the recruiter. So, that call was unnecessary! I wanted to ask them why they call so much! Also, they are hard to understand because of the language barrier. I also kindly corrected them on how to pronounce my name, and they still got it wrong. The company that they are sending me to, I had already applied for personally and was told that they were not starting a new class for training until March 2019 and they would call me back. However the recruiter from IR said the class would start on February 25th. So I really don't believe them. I am going to go ahead and go to the interview tomorrow, so we'll see what happens. Just beware.

I was emailed by this company five times about coming to work for them! The operator was so rude and turned me off. I was excited and wanted to get back into the field. The operator wold not let me speak to the lady who emailed me. She said that the lady who emailed me was just doing her job and didn t know about the position. I m confused so the operator knows more about a job then the recruiter? She had a thick accent and was very rude and over barring on the phone! Sad the operator is running people off from working with this company! I have over 20 years experience
Doing well in this position. The background check and employee clearance part was kept simple and the on-boarding was easily accessed online. This is my third day and I am completing the clients on-boarding modules and documents as well as hands on training. I think I will like doing this work.
I have worked with the recruiter Devin Nigram and he helped me with my application process as a contractor with Siemens-Healthineers in Flanders where i currently work. He is very personable and offered me great advice as to how to handle the interview process and how to project a positive attitude throughout the interview process and because of his timely advice and assistance, i have been employed now as a contractor for more than 10 months here.
