Although I'm grateful for the opportunity to work, they call you way too much. They extend the offer to work with them, they send emails. Whether you respond right away or not they call you several more times to make sure you received the email, but also to get you to reply. They have management call you to go over your resume, but they call you several more times to remind you that a manager from their business is going to call you. Then they call you again to say the manager is going to call you within 30 minutes, then call you again saying the manager is on the line. Finally when you talk with the manager it is over the same information you discussed with the recruiter. So, that call was unnecessary! I wanted to ask them why they call so much! Also, they are hard to understand because of the language barrier. I also kindly corrected them on how to pronounce my name, and they still got it wrong. The company that they are sending me to, I had already applied for personally and was told that they were not starting a new class for training until March 2019 and they would call me back. However the recruiter from IR said the class would start on February 25th. So I really don't believe them. I am going to go ahead and go to the interview tomorrow, so we'll see what happens. Just beware.
