A great company. I got the Gatto model a few years ago and just ordered 3 more pairs cool looking glasses and FANTASTIC lenses. Great to have a Canadian company that maintains quality and surpasses many other outdoors eyewear companies!

Bad service won't buy there a second time

even if I wrote that I will not buy a second time from them they offered me 20% for my next 4 purchases to be able to screw me more. the code is mathieu20 uses it. I did not receive their 10% email after subscribing to their newsletter and they told me they are sorry that I did not know how it worked and i check my junk mail.

Over the top service - After cycling with my Ryders Strider glasses for years, the nose piece began to break down. I was prepared buy a replacement but they asked for my address and sent a couple at no charge. I'd recently bought a competitor product, but found the lenses poor (tiring on my eyes) and polarization substandard. Went back to my Ryders, and this kind of service means I'll figure out what pair of Ryders to buy next!

Oakley's on a budget.

Oakley's on a budget.

I have had a pair of Photochromic and polarized Oakleys (Radar Lock lenses) and I've had two pairs of Ryders. Can't tell the different in quality but the Ryders are one third the price.

They stand behind their warranties without excuses. Until they give me a reason to switch to another brand, Ryders will be my choice for sport sun glasses.

I purchased an item on a day that there was a banner at the top of their web page for a 20% off sale, which would be deducted at checkout. Did not happen. Then I received my sunglasses and they definitely were not as they appeared in the ad. I contacted customer service and asked for a return form and they promptly obliged, which was nice. I did express my disappointment regarding the two issues I had, but was not rude about it.
Little did I know that would lead to a back and forth argument from Joseph in their customer service department. So it was just the misleading sale, misleading item ad, and now I can tack on tacky customer service.

Got a pair of Sabre and a pair of NIMBY they both fit great even and tight without any eyelashes or cheek rubbing . Love how light the NIMBY are ... comparable to my pivlock or Evzero but less rubbing than my Evzero.

I got the wrong lens on my initial order from a fault of my own but they exchanged it at no cost of my own . Great customer service

I had a pair of Ryders that I purchased a few years ago that I loved. The ANTI-Fog is so good. But after a ride a couple of weeks ago, one of the rubber arm sleeves fell off on the trail. I contacted Ryders about getting another sleeve, but they wanted to replace the pair instead. Impressive. BUT they didn't make the model I had anymore (Photochromic/AntiFog Stryder). The follow up I got with them regarding finding a suitable replacement was a perfect example of how customer service should be done. When we found a model, they shipped the same day. I can't say enough good! Well done, Ryders!

I have purchased 3 pairs of glasses so far, and one I had to have replaced under warranty. All of the glasses I have purchased are now coming apart, and the finish is also coming off. They are definitely not worth the money as they are cheaply made. Do not purchase.
