I was not impressed with how the recruiter explained how she found my resume (she couldn't exactly say) or her knowledge of the position she was recruiting me for. It was very challenging to understand her heavy accent -- she had to text me words so I could understand. She pushed very hard to get a salary related commitment as well as ask me for personal info such as my date of birth (which she later corrected to just "birthday") as well as the last 4 digits of my social security number. I declined providing information. She pushed to have another conversation later in same day with her "manager" at 5pm. Overall I found the interaction unprofessional and a turn off. I declined further discussion although the job description looked interesting.
