Terrible company. Don't give then your money.
They don't like answering the phone and when they do the staff are rude.
They avoid paying out on claims

I just tried to insure my new car to them, they dont accept the fact that i am a driver since 2001 with a european license which i changed for a UK license since january 2020 and they getting into account that i am only 9 months driver (39 years old) , the lady agent have requested politely to speak slower to understand her better because i am not a britain native, she ignored me...after her monologue she told me you will pay triple amount of money for the insurance 2000+ pounds and when i said no, no,no this isnt real....she hang up on me..... VERY PROFESSIONAL.....

Don't even try choose this insurance company. It's rubbish company. on my case i got some problem with my licence and they put me extra money to pay plus fine and cancellation fee. that was double price of my car.

Have never ever received such a poor and disappointing service. Quote online was completely ignored and price was different and they speak to you like you lied on the online quote. Such a decieving company. Absolutely terrible. Stay away.

They were very clear about everything and answered all my questions and have been very helpful throughout the whole process, would highly recommend.

For me it was the most cheap quote online and i took it.Too many bad reviews i see now.Thinking to change address but they charge to much.I will stay with them for an year and then i will cruise around the net for better prices.To transfer insurance to my othet car was tooo expensive.

absolute scum! worst experience ever from ANY service! 0 standards and 0 f***s given even if you want to renew/leave/have changed car! staff seem as if they're doing community service and no sign of any management. this company need to be reported to the FCA and Ombudsman. For any half decent employees amongst the mess - there are other jobs out there! let this company burn to the ground and go elsewhere! This company kept on calling me for premiums on car insurance that never existed,I had never heard of them,they then kept texting me to say my policy documents were on their way and please could I contact them to discuss payment,avoid at all costs

Absolutely amazing, I made a mistake in my form so it went a lot higher than expected, but they were able to get be a reduction to allow me to afford it.

unprofessional people. they will call you several times and disconnect half way through - expecting you to call a premium rate number. Their business model is to quote low and then play with you to increase price. Whole world is happy to insure online except them.... don't waste your time with them.

I saw insurance for monthly first deposit was 390 something and followed by 11 months was 180 thy increased it for 500 and followed 11 months 234 this is not fair

I tried to get a policy for 6 hours with this company and they kept saying they will. Call me back and its busy but heard nothing even after choosing my quote online and giving all my payment details. I called 4 times and got nowhere. Very good company, my advisor was fantastic. I had my insurance cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, I was worried I would not get insurance . How wrong was I. I would highly recommend anybody in similar circumstances to use this company...5 stars definitely .

Don t waste your time they won t insure me 1 because I have another car insured and 2 apparently my phone number is om gumtree selling cars I checked my self it was like 6 years ago I was selling a car and it was my old number on my account they are a joke

Worst company ever, insured my car with them, their services is the worst i have ever experienced. Complete ripoff, I have paid for 2 weeks now and I m still not insured, u stay 2 hours on the phone for any customer service enquiry. the price they quote u online is never the price they agree on the phone.

THE INSURANCE COMPANY USES PREMIUM PHONE NUMBER AND MAKE YOU WAIT SO THEY MAKE MONEY. THIS SHOULD BE STOPPED

Beware of this company. As the only company on the market, at the time of selling your car, you will be charged for the time until the end of the contract, even though you won't have the car anymore. For me it's usually a scam. please read the payment terms carefully before signing the contract.

I tried to get insurance with them i got a quote from the site once i spoke to a representative service was awful, a complete day light robbery company, opportunist

I was a new driver, Checked from gocompare, and selected them as they are cheap. It was around 1300 online, they phoned me up questioned the detail I submitted then said I am a liar, they wont allow any moment that you can explain, very rude and uneducated way of talking. They find all ways to increase the price to 2000 a year.My language was very bad and difficult to dispute with them, this time I will not choose them under any circumstances.

Had an accident and car was written off, was drawn out and stressful. Then when i had to cancel insurance they said its fine you can find another vehicle and ring to change over. When i rang back up for quotes they said i have 3 and half hours to change policy or my insurance would be cancelled at an extortationate rate. Complete joke of a company! AVOID!!!!

never insure your car with this company one of the bad company no good costumer service trying to blackmailing be aware of this company and i call them from my pay as you go phone i only speak to them for 10 min and my 8.50p balance was complete finish.
