Personally I had no problems with these guys, during my one year cover with them I had to ring twice an d got through straight away.

1 Idiot Manager but apart from that the guys are ok

I can based on many reviews see that people have had similar experiences. I will endeavour to make an example of this company and to stop this the misleading and fraudulent practice. I erg anyone based on their experience to register there concerns with the likes of; the Financial Conduct Authority, Trading Standards, Ofcom.

To be honest I wouldn't even give them a star..worst company I've ever been with..daylight robbery is what they doing..they should b investigated n locked up..steer clear

I pay monthly, after i cancel my incurance they told me i need to pay anyway 100% of money, i cancel it after 8 month and i still need to pay for it full summ

This company is appalling had me waiting for hours trying to transfer my policy to a new car. 2 days later still no joy avoid avoid avoid be warned!!!!!

Very straight forward and helpful service. Listened and thorough. Helped me out promptly and was kept informed throughout the process and all documents issued and are downloadable and handy to keep on the move.

I would recommend this company to people I know. The rep I spoke to was very thorough, genuine and helpful and after having a real struggle with my insurance it was a relief to speak to someone who was emoathempa to my situation.

In term&conditions nothing written about cancellation charge... so clearly they not legally taking the Money.

I would give them minus stars as I have just been told they've cancelled my insurance but I have been paying extra each month since sep for business insurance on my policy which they are now just stating that they dont do even though I have paid this months insurance when I paid on 11th of each month. I was waiting on the phone for an hour yesterday to sort this out and got told they will be going through the tapes to see what has been said I still have the documents off shanice who sent me my policy certificate which states I have business insurance on my car until 10/09/2020.

SO NEVER GO TO THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

Worst company to deal with, avoid at all costs. Premium increased within the same day 3 times.

Avoid at all costs. Got my bmw insured through these guys charging me a small fortune monthly changed the car for something more affordable and they won't insure the new car. Which means they cancel my policy along with any no claims I would have build up not to mention every change to the policy there's fees ridiculous. Also as you sign up for a years policy no matter if you cancel early you are liable for the rest of the year so to cancel they are charging me another small fortune AVOID

Insure your motor has good waiting times where it doesn't keep you waiting for too long for someone to pick up however the issue I faced was refunds took 2 weeks to process however other companies manage to process refunds in a couple of days.

Had a terrible experience from the onset.
Trying to get a car insurance for a vehicle about to be purchased in Leeds, got a quotation from them before setting up from London to Leed.
I was happy to buy the car, I spent over 2 hours on the phone with this company, their staffs are very unprofessional, at a point I was told they found a criminal record on my name committed in 1994, I never gave this company my consent to carry out such a background check .
I was very honest on my application form with all the questions been asked.
Because I was tired and frustrated and just wanted to insure the vehicle and return back to London, I agreed to the premium increase which I knew wasn't right.
I felt I was tricked with low premium in other to get the business.
This company acted like cowboys.
I have been trying to call them the second day to log a complaint, they continue with the same attitude not calling me back when they promised to call to discuss it.
This company is the worst experience I have ever had .

Had a very good conversation when purchasing insurance , spoke very well addressed everything I needed to know and was very helpful. Provided me with the lowest quote I could find even though everything didn't work out as planned i decided to go with the insurer as they helped me with my new quote and provided the best discount they could.

My friend was insured with this company, new driver over 30, there excess was 1500 and they were paying over 2000 for a car worth 900. Avoid at all costs.

Rip off merchants first chance they get they hike their prices right up, charges to change address/car are completely ludicrous avoid like the plague. If I could give no stars I would! As soon as our insurance is up for renewal we will be going elsewhere!

I had my insurance still in cooling off period but they refused to give me any refund.

DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED COMPANY ......took out insurance at a ridiculous high price back in April 2018 as first time driver i didn't have a choice and paid high premium . my vehicle has been vandalised today and i cannot access my policy documents online so called up. i have been on hold for 20 mins someone answered the phone and said i am sorry there are no available agents to take your call ???? he took my phone number (not my name or policy number ) and said he would arrange a callback. i asked if callback will be today he said i dont know ????? ive worked in customer services for over 20 years and you have to give a reasonable explanation why there are no agents available and you also have to give a reasonable time scale for a callback ......
i anticipate a bad experience with a expensive company and will not be renewing my policy with them ....for all i know they are not a real insurance company and my policy is invalid !!!!! who knows i cant speak to anyone .

I was just about to call after recieving a cheap quotation online. But after reading these terrible reviews of people's experience with them. I'd rather leave it alone.

Appalling outfit. I wish I'd read these reviews first. Am going to report to the Police - I insured my Maserati granturismo for a good price, then started getting texts asking for more and more documents. Provided all these and it went quiet, but just noticed a payment from IYM of about half what I paid - on checking, I'm NOT INSURED and I've been unknowingly driving a conspicuous car around with no insurance. They didn't tell me and I have yet to find out why. I'm going to try and shut them down.

Won a case against them through the ombudsman, and got all my money back plus interest and a compensation fee, several hundred pounds in all.

Stay well away. Charged me 50 pound plus 15% because i changed my address. Fair enough if the insurance goes up but for them to charge 50 pound then 15% comission on top of my insurance going up is a discrace. Also just changed vehicle and they stated it would cost xx amount a month and found out it is 50 pound extra a month and they are saying there is nothing they can do about it. And if i changed i have to pay the whole premium up front. Load if bollox.

Really helpful... Would tell anyone give them a ring because they always will to help had one called Adam and he was so helpful and with me having problem on my end always gave me a call back on when I asked....

Customer service advisor Deborah was really helpful , very polite and answered all questions I had in relation to the insurance plan I was setting up. If only every customer service operative was as helpful and as friendly as her.

The agent that is dealing with my policy was great he was very helpful and gave all information will happily be going with you next year

The cheapest insurance 159.96 a month plus no recovery,no car replacement, no windscreen protection nothing is rubbish

I am warning you all again. Don't get motor insurance from these guys. They are a rip off!

To top it all off, they make you wait for hours on the phone and most of the time after waiting for so long, they will ask for your phone number for a call back and guess what, you will never get a call back. It is a black hole, you get stuck in!

Hawful services don't try this company even not by mistake

This person LIAM WADA was the best customer advisor I ever come across . He was polite and also with excellent service which helped me save a good few hundred pounds . If anyone wants a person that actually want to help you and would look for the best price they could then i would recommend anyone to ask Liam with the help you needed .

worst car insurance ever do not go with them . Got told to wait a week for my no claims bonus to get sorted so my price was what I got offered then they took a larger amount out. I called and there reason was told my no claims document More

The worst. They asked me for proof of adress, I send them the driving licence. They email me that they want a bill on my name. I've seen the email after 2 days, on weekend and also another email saying that my insurance has been cancelled. I was far from home having a weekend out with my family, and I've been left without car insurance. I would never recommend. The only person not rude I talked with,was Kevin.

Took me 5h to bet a call back, and price went up from 120 a month when i qoute online, to 175 when i call them back!!!! waste of time !

Really recommend, they helped me to insure the car for reasonable price even where I had problems and bad experience with previous insurance.

Over charged for my insurance policy refused a refund. Say they have a recording of me agreeing to it and the paperwork is wrong. But I asked for a copy of the call and they have not provided it. Now taking them to the small claims court. Avoid at all costs! Oh and we also have a claim that's on going over two months still not paid a penny out took them three weeks to class it as a write off and refused courtesy car in the meantime.

Terrible terrible service. Robbed us of almost 500 pounds.

Fraud company please be aware don't get insurance from them please its a fraud company they looted me 326 per month i pay them fraud people please please please be aware and stay safe from then they are new style robbers and scammers please don't go with this insurance for one year and with 1 litre engine car i pay then 4500 700 upfront payment
