absolute scum! worst experience ever from ANY service! 0 standards and 0 f***s given even if you want to renew/leave/have changed car! staff seem as if they're doing community service and no sign of any management. this company need to be reported to the FCA and Ombudsman. For any half decent employees amongst the mess - there are other jobs out there! let this company burn to the ground and go elsewhere! I am writing this review after being on hold for a total so far of 50 minutes over 3 calls as trying all options to speak to someone!
