Friendly staff helpful and explained everything carefully

Impossible to get a hold of customer service. Pre and post-Covid. This time around I have been on hold for 3hrs+.

Extremely helpful, managed to sort everything out, very polite through the phone and funny. Thumbs up from me, highly recommended.

First Class robber. They will rob you soon as you want to cancel your insurance.

Employee that dealt with me was a legend. I could hear his shift was up & he wanted to go home for the weekend, he could have postponed my cover till tomorrow but he didn t got me all set up for the weekend ready to go. Really good customer service

Have been with this company for almost 3 years, without making a claim, called them yesterday to update my address, got told that i will not be insured at my current address, so I have to find another company, to add insult to injury I have been told I don t have any no claims bonuses, though no claim has been made. I guess my next step is contact the regulating body and see what they have to say.
If I could go into minus figures for the rating I would, I feel 1 is way too generous.

Good telephone service and I like my documents being sent to me as e-mail attachments.

Only one minor complaint: The list of assumptions, car details and driving record the customer is asked to listen to and agree to does seem rather long for a simple insurance renewal.

The worst insurance company ever absolutely ridiculous keeps you on hold for ages paying a premium number once they get you to buy insurance with them they charge extortionate prices for any little change to your policy stay well clear

Do not use this fraudulent company. They will charge you if you cancel the policy which they do not tell you about until you cancel. Cowboys.

This company is a SCAM. Save yourself the heartache and pay a bit more if needed. Try to make a claim and you start to get all sorts of letters telling you how your insurance policy might not be valid and is due to be cancelled because of omitted information.
They are day light robbers and customer service is poor poor poor, they have no idea what they are doing.
It took close to four months to settle a straight forward claim, my partner and I were affected under the exact same circumstances and it took well less than a month for his more popular company to settle his claim.
DONT use this company.

I spoke with Maria And she was great, really got on a level and she could understand the reasoning behind the options and what I eventually took out, a credit to the company and should definitely get a shout out or a pay increase

stay away from this s***. It will cost you an arm and a leg for nothing.

On the comparison websites they show themselves on the top of list but when you call them which is the only option even if you chance any details they try to increase the premium. So basically even if you see they offer you best price on comparison website do not waste your time with this company because i did twice and both times they just wasted my time. Dont let this scammers to waste your time.

Lots of talking durning making a insurance but you are sure that you knoe what are you taking. It is good that after a week someone calling you to ask if you are happy and if yoy got any quetions.

Been waiting to be transfered to their claims team by an idiot lady, waited 58 minutes total only to be told that claims team shuts at 5 !!!
They don't know the schedule or anything around there and they pass you around.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Wasnt beat pleased trying to start up my policy, chloe was supposed to call me back and didn't, she finished foe day and left me waiting, after 3 hours of chasing her and having the books being past back and forth Brian was very helpful and sorted it all out so I could buy my new car the next day and drive home. Cheaper deal than first quoted too.

4th Insurance Company i've used and the only bad one i've ever had, their customer service is disgraceful, if you have a claim and the other side has a witness they won't even investigate the claim at all they just give up, would definitely NOT recommend excess is always sky high too!

My renewal is up I've been trying for 3days to renew my Insurance with them and several times they have told me they will call back and they never, I am now stuck with no insurance, don't waste ur time with this company

Horrible service. They tried to scam me. Luckily my card got declined when they tried to take money. Their quotes are cheap on moneysupermarket, but when you call them, the prices just insanely rise.

Terrible experience with this company. They hike up the payments at any chance they get, ensure you don't cancel due to high cancellation fees and customer service was terrible. They told me a phone call with them was free, and it turned out it wasn't. After asking to have this reimbursed I was rudely dismissed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They quote u on gocompare are really low price and when you try to go ahead it ask you for bank account no and sort code then they will call you and say premium has Increased and they give u a stupid reason and they say excess would be 3000.. DONT INSURE YOUR CAR WITH THEM READ THE Reviews ON OTHER WEBSITES TOO REALLY BAD REVIEWS SO WATCH OUT!!!!

dont bother using them they keep you on hold for over 35 minutes then say give us your number and we will call you back.still waiting 24 hours later.

I think insure your motor deserve a 5 star rating, the level of customer service is excellent. My call got cut off and the adviser called me straight back and went through the quote without any long hold times. Very happy with the level off service.

Don't bother dealing with this company. If you do, make sure that you can stand your ground and be prepared to walk away.

Sales person tried to bully me into taking out a policy with them after finding a cheaper company. She alleged that it would be a "manipulation of my data" if I don't proceed with them. She said that they now "have my data" and that if I don't proceed, *all* insurance companies would refuse to deal with me.



She obviously just "manipulated my data" to result in a higher premium, probably so she can get some commission.

My insurance was dealt with by a young chap by the name of Liam..outstanding service and he kept me informed all the way as to what is happening.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

Rude telephone staff. cancelled my policy due to their error and tried to make me pay cancellation fee and said I would need to pay an additional deposit if I wanted to get cover again even though it was their error. DO NOT TAKE INSURANCE WITH THEM. SAVE YOURSELF!

One of the worst experiences. The fees they are charging are from a different world. While most of insurance companies would cancel within the trial period for free, or charge 25 - 40 pound, I ended up paying 186 for 13 days of insurance. Would definitely not recommend.

I don't leave reviews normally but I felt compelled in this case. My agency was called Matt and he was fantastic, he spent time searching around to get the best policy to suit me. I would definitely recommend and if you get Matt your well in.

Got a quote from Insure Your Motor which suited me. Couldn t process the payment online but I got a call the next day. Even called me back a second time as I was busy at work first time round. I received the call from Lucy Stone, who was amazing in explaining everything, very polite and understanding. Great overall service. I would point out a thing or two, if there was any but for me personally the service was great. More than satisfied.
