I just tried to insure my new car to them, they dont accept the fact that i am a driver since 2001 with a european license which i changed for a UK license since january 2020 and they getting into account that i am only 9 months driver (39 years old) , the lady agent have requested politely to speak slower to understand her better because i am not a britain native, she ignored me...after her monologue she told me you will pay triple amount of money for the insurance 2000+ pounds and when i said no, no,no this isnt real....she hang up on me..... VERY PROFESSIONAL.....
