A wonderful facial with Karen A real professional! Highly suggest giving her a try.

My skin has cleared up so nicely after receiving the absolute BEST facial from Lea, and purchasing the Institut' DERMed products she recommended. The ambiance in the spa is relaxing, clean, and modern. Lea explained each process of the facial, provided great information about products she applied my face and gave me great skin care tips! This is my new place for facials, and I'm definitely considering some of their other services.

Fantastic place for facial care. Karen did my facial and she was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I came in on a groupon but definitely will be back. My face feels so soft!

Great experience, Karla is very professional and explained me every step of my facial treatment. She is the best and does the best dermaplanning ever! My skin is so smooth, and looks great now. An Update- After 3 urgent care visits, missed work, pain and suffering with 4 months of skin issues and dealing with Lynn s (owner of the salon) insurance that had no intention of covering any of my costs, I warn anybody going there that if you have any issues here, you will be left on your own as she does not care nor finds her salon responsible.

Worst spa experience of my life! What did they use on my skin? I have done facial procedures for 10 years and have never had such a reaction! Do Not go there because they will say that it s not their fault if anything goes wrong. I got money refunded for microneedling procedure but their manager Jessica did not even apologize. I went there right after my appointment with a dermatologist who said that this was caused by whatever cream they used and it will take 7-10 days to go away and afterwards my skin will peel. I work in sales and I look horrible and they don t care. And I had to take a day off work, pay $80 for dermatologist and another $45 for cream to heal my skin.

I've been getting facials here for years. Karen gives an amazing facial. She is very gentle and makes you feel at ease.

Today I went in for the first time to get control of my acne. I went in and did a hydrafacial as well as dermaplaning... let me just tell you how absolutely INCREDIBLE Rutu Patel is! She was absolutely amazing and so very helpful! She took her time with me and explained everything she was doing just so that I was aware of what was being done and why! It was such a great learning experience! I am SO SO happy with my results already and will 100000% be back! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a positive change in their skin! Thank you so much Rutu for all your help today and an amazing facial! Also big shoutout to Promise that I spoke with over the phone while setting my appointment. I asked her about 50 questions and she answered all of them so graciously and was SO helpful! Overall just love this place and it is 1000% worth every penny you spend there! Side note: you honestly can't beat their prices!! SO GOOD!! I would give this place 100000000000 stars if I could!

Consistently great .I have been going to Dermed Spa for years now for facials and waxing services. I usually get the same esthetician because she is great and we have have gotten to know each other, but when she is not available or away I have also used two other beauticians here and they were also very good. The services are consistent. I always get Dermed facials with microdermabrasion and all I can say is my skin looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to see a big difference in their skin.

When a Groupon popped up for Institut' DERMed, I snatched one up and excitedly set out to sample the services of this Buckhead spa. The space is immaculately clean, the products are top-notch, and the staff is professional. I've since returned for additional treatments and purchased two gift cards for my sister. The only things holding this back from a five-star rating are the limited seating space if you have to wait and the fact they are closed on Sundays. I realize the later is common in the spa world but for people who work Mon-Fri, Sunday access would be divine. Even still, I'll be back!

Karen has made my skin do a complete 180. I drive 3.5 hours just for her to take care of my skin. Thanks to her I have glowing skin and my blemishes have greatly decreased. I highly recommend Institute Dermed. You will not be disappointed.

My experience at Institut' DERMed has always
exceeded my expectation. Besides the service I am receiving, there is always conversation about what's in, what I might consider doing
on my next trip etc. I don't consider this intrusive at all. They are the experts and I am left with the choice of whether to try it or not. Never any pressure! Just educating me on what's out there for my particular needs!

I was a regular, religious attending customer for many years (ie 7 years); however, my aesthetician, Evelyne, retired. She was amazing. I was referred to go to a new one and it was the most horrible experience. Kimberly was cold and disinterested. In fact, I was ripped off. I paid for a full facial and microdermabrasion and I was scooted out the door in 23 minutes!!! But, I was charged the FULL price (ie close to $300). No lie and have receipt with time stamp confirmation which I can upload. Evelyne s same treatment would last 1.5 hrs. When I inquired why, I was told
Kimberly has done these treatments for years and she is fast . Ummmm ok?!? 23 minutes??? Please note: Evelyne was extremely experienced and had also practiced for many years . Buyer beware. I will never return to this place! Ever!

I have had several different services and have been pleased with them all. The staff is very professional from the moment you make a call through the check out process. The facility is always neat and clean and is not so big that you feel part of a herd. I have enjoyed all of my professionals, but Debbie is the one I ask for. She does excellent work and is very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to send my most finicky friend to her (or even my mother).

The experience at Institute DerMed is always a positive one. They have wonderful massage therapists as well as great estheticians. I enjoy the peaceful, warm environment and the knowledgeable staff. I will be back.

I have been going to dermed for about a year and I am really happy with the results I see in my skin. I am getting the clarifying facials because of my breakouts and my last visit I also had an acid peel that I really loved. I use the dermed totarol and the clarifying mask/peel at home and have had great results with that as well. I highly recommend if you suffer with acne like me. The struggle is real. :)

After a number of regular visits for facials, I finally attended a Meet the Expert event and met the famous Lyn Ross. :) She is lovely and made lots of recommendations, of course, but nothing crazy and certainly not all the most expensive treatments and whatnot. (Let's face it, we'd ALL spend all the money on perfecting our skin if we could!) It was just a very honest assessment of what would work best for me product-wise and treatment-wise. Then I had my microderm and a peel with Lea who is just the best. The discounted costs for the event made it even better. I came home with a free moisturizer and a handful of coupons, too. My skin looks fantastic. I never feel pressured to spend more or do new treatments just because. I always feel perfectly spoiled during my facials here.
