I recently had my tear troughs filled in by Dr. G. I was very nervous about the procedure since it is so specialized and close to the eye. Dr. G was very kind and talked me through the procedure to ease my fears. The procedure was far less painful than I expected and the results were absolutely amazing. Before, my under eyes were always dark and I looked perpetually tired. It has taken years off my face and significantly brightened up my eyes. I only wish I had done it sooner.

I've received many different types of advanced facial treatments (and am a Master Aesthetician myself) so I was very excited for my Hydrafacial today. While the staff was great, the treatment was extremely over priced. I've had this treatment several times before and while this one was more relaxing than others, it was probably the worst one I've received. I felt as though it was rushed and she missed spots on my face, which is never comforting especially when spending so much money on a treatment. The treatment involves AHAs which exfoliate, extractions and then my esthetician did manual extractions as well. Yet when I got home, it looked as though she did none and I ended up doing it myself! It was under an hour, didn't involve any masks, massages, or anything at all to make it stand out. I'm originally from Washington DC, where everything is priced higher especially advanced skin treatments as this, and for some reason this cost $100 more than any one found around there. It's also the most expensive one I found in this area. This facial involved a lot fewer steps than ones I'd received in the past, making me feel as though I didn't get as much out of it as I should have. Hydrafacials are not new technology and there are cheaper ones in the area with staff just as knowledgeable & friendly. My skin looked great after from afar but looked the same up close. I wanted to really love it but in all honesty, I felt as though it wasn't even close to being worth how much money I spent. Don't recommend.

The doctor seemed very professional at one point but rude at other times. I have spent over $1000 and nothing is different with my face. I am very disappointed and pissed that I have basically thrown money away. I should've just gotten a haircut...I will never go back and I do not recommend this place.

I was introduced to Ageless Remedies by the medical spa manager on the recommendation for facials and the products they offer. I went to my first appointment and it was so much more. They offered not only the best facials and chemical peels, but the staff takes their time and really understands what you want to achieve. I have been coming here for a couple of years, and I absolutely love it. I would recommend Ageless Remedies for top of the line skin care and beyond.

Just got a microneedling treatment. I had a relaxing experience and the staff is friendly. This is a high place and rightfully so. Everything they offer is top notch and you see results.

I absolutely love this place. I've been going for Dysport with Dr. Greenberg for a while now, and he does a great job. The front desk staff is wonderful too. I'm even considering additional services now, since I know the quality of this place and their work.

Just moved to town and so happy I found Ageless Remedies! I chose them based on their hours and the reviews online. Working 8-5, I can't always leave early for appointments. Their extended hours and Saturdays made it an easy choice for me. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Greenberg is very knowledgeable and was able to chat with me about what I can do 'right now' and also next steps to looking healthy and young. I am sold and will go nowhere else! Love this place!

I completed a series of 4 PicoSure laser treatments. If they shared that it is possible to end with more pigmentations then when I started, I would of chosen not to proceed with this procedure. I did ask management on how they plan to rectify this issue. The Doctor said my overall results are good, and this is the most difficult conditions they treat. I just wanted to share this so the consumer has a more realistic idea of what results can be.

Dr. Greenberg is awesome! He is so personable and kind. He always seems to remember me and I'm only there for Botox twice a year. I have been to other places in Charlotte for Botox but never had the results I've had with Dr. G. I moved to Wilmington in the spring and am so thankful for Saturday appointments. I couldn't imagine trying to find another med spa that would even come close to Ageless Remedies. The only thing I would like to see different would be a more relatable front desk staff. Although the girls were kind, they always seem to be preoccupied with something. I will never get Botox anywhere else!

Friendly, very clean and knowledgeable. On my first visit I was happy with a chemical peel and the results. Botox was wonderful. I came back for a follow up dermaplane, Botox and filler, the appointment was not scheduled correctly. I had to schedule a third visit. Two procedures for IPL laser treatment and the original filler. When I arrived they acted confused. I was not scheduled correctly and they had my two procedures set 4 hours apart. I waited for about an hour and they worked it out so I didn t have to come back. Very happy with the results from the laser and will be back for follow ups. The filler I got under my eyes. I told the Dr several times I was very nervous and needed to lay back during the procedure. He started and then had to leave the room to get ice packs and the nitrous oxide to calm me down. Once I relaxed he continued and made sure I was ok. When I was finished he made sure sat up slowly and drank coke to give my system sugar and caffeine. He had me sit in the waiting area and came back to check on me. Making sure my pulse was ok and I was safe to leave. I have not been overly happy with the filler. For the price and the bruising it really hasn t shown a great result for me. Not one friend or family memeber has even noticed I had the procedure. So I doubt I ll do the filler again. I will definitely make sure to confirm my appointments prior to arrival as well. I really think it s just been miscommunication between the staff causing the issue with my appointments. I don t think the people at the desk really care if anything gets done correctly. The only time I have ever felt judged by anyone there is by the receptionist. They are just arrogant and ignorant at the desk. That s the only thing I don t like.

Amazed with the quick service and phenomenal results. The doctor listens to your needs, assists, and there is no hassle of trying to upsell you on something. Very professional and I m happy with the results. Front desk staff really prefaced the visit with guidance and friendly personalities. See you again soon!

I've been going here for years and have nothing but great things to say. Cassie has been fantastic to work with. Every appointment I've had with her, she takes the time to consult with me about progress or changes. She's very pleasant and personable during procedures and makes you feel comfortable. Liz is super sweet as well and always makes you feel welcome.

I had very good experience with Botox but the fillers under my eyes were a total failure. $2000 and my eyes were swollen even after 2 months (see photo). One side worse than the other. I went back and Dr. Greenburg added more to the other side to match. I then I looked swallen on both sides equally. Not a little puffy - swollen even on the upper eyeids. All people that knew me were asking it I was sick. My face loooked very very bad. Dr. Greenburg reversed it and I am back to normal. Dr. Greenburg is very pleasant but my experience was very expensive and very trying. No refund even partial but I signed a waiver so there was nothing I could say.

After the nurse practitioner that I had used for years for injections moved on, I was nervous to try somewhere new. However, now that I've seen Dr. Greenberg, I'm sorry that I haven't been coming to Ageless Remedies all along! He was incredibly knowledgeable and up to date on the various products and techniques available. After getting my injections, a GUY that I work with told me that I look 10 years younger. Love, love, love this place...and will definitely be back!

The ladies at the front desk are nice but I have to write about how uncomfortable my experience has been as a young woman of color here. The first time I got a microdermabrasion from Jamie which was good. I do understand why she kept bringing up "African American" skin since I am WOC, but I am not african american. I noticed I kept being seen and treated as a WOC whereas others are just given a break down on the condition of their skin. I appreciate your knowledge dealing with African American Women, but we women of color would just like to experience our treatment, we know how our skin is affected due to the melanin in our skin. Secondly, I got my tretinoin cream today and the entire time waiting I felt the doctors watching me. Why? I pay just as much as the other patients and treat everyone with respect so why is there a watchful eye on me? The woman whose name I don't know watched me the entire time in the back and instead of handing me my cream I paid over $100 for, she placed it on the table. Where is the common courtesy to just handing me what I paid for when you're right in front of me?
To some this may seem taken out of context, but this was my second time being here and the looks, stares, etc have been the same. I feel so uncomfortable here, almost as if I don't belong regardless of paying for the same treatment as everyone else. & also I wasn't given my new customer discount the first time, for some reason they "forgot" and it still wasn't applied to my second purchase. It's fine because I won't be back here anyway. Try to be more inclusive. WOC have money too and it's not about the money or what you offer, its the quality person you are that reflects in your service. Do better.

I had filler injected under my eyes. As a result I now have a hard lump there that is not going away and was told by Dr Greenberg that he did not know what it was and did not seem too concerned about it. He told me to have a good life as I was leaving the office. Now I need to search for a doctor as a result. I would not recommend having this procedure done for it is very expensive and the results are not very effective and in my situation I need to seek medical attention .

Dr. Greenberg is great! I wound up at Ageless Remedies after failed attempts at Botox at two other well known spas in Charlotte. Dr. Greenberg got it right the first time and each time after that. Ageless Remedies does not have "fire sales" like I see these other spas offering, but those are the very spas that failed, so in the end- I wasted money. I recently had a filler injected, and Dr. Greenberg had me come back three times to build up the area a little at a time to insure a more natural look, and this was done at no extra cost. The results came our great. I am pretty sure the fire-sale spas would inject all at once and hope for the best. Certainly worth five stars!!!

Ill start with positives since my experience was not how i had hoped it would be: Positives: Office was clean and had a great design (from what I could see), doctor was knowledgeable.

What happened: I went to Ageless Remedies SouthPark right after they reopened from Covid-19 closures and I understood there would be limits to the check in process and the appointment itself. However, I was not prepared to feel like I didn't belong there at all. I was made to wait outside while there was a person waiting in the lobby, I kind of get that but most doctors offices are having everyone wait outside. To me, without knowing anything about the person being allowed to wait inside other than her aesthetic (which lets face it, she was drop dead gorgeous), it pointed to I wasn't someone they wanted in their waiting room. I'm overweight (not by choice, been dieting for almost 2 years and have lost over 100lbs) and I don't have the best skin. I look a little weird, which is why I went! I digress, when I went into my appointment with the doctor, I didn't feel comfortable at all. PLEASE do not get me wrong, he was very knowledgeable, seemed skilled, and outlined his plan of attack for my crows feet and bags under my eyes. I felt uncomfortable because the sound of judgement from him and his staff already had me feeling even more self-conscious then how I have always felt way before this experience. The price was also steep. I can afford to spend the money I was prepared to spend there, however the entire experience begged for me to go to a different provider to see if it was me (my thinking) or if it really was their passing judgement (which to be honest, plastics can be a hard to read, stuck up field so if you are okay with that, take my review with a grain of salt). So I left the appointment and immediately told my boyfriend how uncomfortable it was and that I would not be pursuing Dysport or Fillers with Ageless Remedies. When I went to a different provider who I thought for sure would make me feel the same way after having to send them an unfiltered awkward video of me making facial expressions, the visit went completely different. They did their best to make me feel like I belonged, reassured me that I was "pretty in my own way" even though I didn't ask for it, and I didn't second guess that my money was good enough for them (very down to earth, non-judgmental, knowledgeable, helpful (especially with the insane amount of discounts they gave me!) and were very intentional medical professionals). They also charged me 1/2 of what Ageless Remedies was going to for Dysport and fillers. Instead I was able to get Botox and a name brand filler for literally 1/2 the cost. It seems that Ageless Remedies may cater to a certain clientele and I just don't fit that mold, and that is sad but I believe everyone should try the business first for themselves to get an idea. I am just an odd fitting person and this all could totally be my perception. However, someones own perception is their reality sometimes.

I recently started going to Ageless Remedies for microdermabrasion treatments and I wouldn't go anywhere else in Charlotte! The ladies here are friendly, accommodating and make sure you have the best experience possible at their spa. Jamie does my facials and she has more than 20 years of experience; she knows exactly what your skin needs and how to treat it. I also love Liz at the front desk - she is super sweet and makes sure you're taken care of. I can't say enough good things about this place - treat yourself and try it out!

I had my free consultation on 10/01/2020 and I didn t went for my consultation because something came up. And when I talk to the lady I she said the policy of cancellation was $25 but she never said I had to pay the money because I missed my consultation.. I thought i had to pay money if I didn t went on my appointment.. If she had told me I would have to pay the money if I missed my consultation I would never make appointment for my consultation and the consultation is free so I don t understand why they took money from my card..

I have been getting treatments, fillers and Botox for years in many different states and spas. Never have I ever experienced such dedicated precision and painless injections as I did with Dr. Greenburg! I am so happy with his work and his staff is absolutely wonderful. When the procedures were done, he sent me to the makeup counter for a complimentary cover on the very few and tiny injection sites with his receptionist. Furthermore, he asked me to come back for a post check in 2 weeks. If at that time I am not happy or things need to be tweaked, he will do it free of charge. I will never go anywhere else again!

Love Cassie! She has done several level 2 chemical peels on my face and I love the results. Cassie is very kind, thorough, friendly knowledgeable and gives lots of helpful suggestions about skin care.

Spent 1700 here and received a horrible restylane injection around my mouth. Went back for follow up appt and Dr.greenberg stated I was being a perfectionist. My nose was higher on one side than the other after treatment. He asked me what did I want him to do about it however I am not a MD and this is on my face so yeah very important to me . After going back for a second follow up he removed the injection after I already spent 1700. Will never spend money there again as there are too many places in Charlotte. Now I have to live with this crazy injection job on my face for a year! Stay away from this place and this doctor. I am a nurse btw and would never treat a pt like this

I have received few botox here. Then I decided to get lip filling which is done in march. Few weeks later I went for follow up due to asymmetri. He tried to fix but my lips were still looking bizarre. Went back follow ups but he told me I should never receive filling to my lips again. He is not a wizard Besides that he was very upset. Before he tried to fix, he did not even put any numbing cream untill I stopped him and asked him to put some cream. (He normally puts a numbing cream before injections) I understand he is not a wizard but he has been a plastic surgeon for years. If you do fillings which each injection is very expensive, you should fix it if that doesn t look good. I don t recommend to get lip fillings by Dr. Greeberg since he doesn t know how to fix it afterwards and gets mad which is not professional but can have botox here.

Dr. Greenberg use botox to help me with bruxism. It exactly works like a magical! Night guard may help protect the teeth, but it doesn't protect me from my jaw pain and headache everyday. Now I don't need to take pain killer everyday and feel like brand new life!

I have always had great experiences at Ageless Remedies. The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating, (especially Alexis). Doctor Greenberg knew the exact services I needed for my desired results. I highly recommend!

The lobby was beautiful and comfortable and all of the front staff were so nice and friendly and easy to work with. The esthetician was very knowledgeable of the procedure, keeping me informed about what would happen and why that specific laser was best for me. There was also an MD on staff that I was able to speak with. From beginning to end everyone was exceptionally kind to me. The place was immaculately clean. Also, and maybe most importantly, the result from the IPL was fantastic. Not too harsh but showed some improvements right away. It s the perfect steady approach I needed and I will definitely be going back.
