I was a regular, religious attending customer for many years (ie 7 years); however, my aesthetician, Evelyne, retired. She was amazing. I was referred to go to a new one and it was the most horrible experience. Kimberly was cold and disinterested. In fact, I was ripped off. I paid for a full facial and microdermabrasion and I was scooted out the door in 23 minutes!!! But, I was charged the FULL price (ie close to $300). No lie and have receipt with time stamp confirmation which I can upload. Evelyne s same treatment would last 1.5 hrs. When I inquired why, I was told
Kimberly has done these treatments for years and she is fast . Ummmm ok?!? 23 minutes??? Please note: Evelyne was extremely experienced and had also practiced for many years . Buyer beware. I will never return to this place! Ever!
