I arrived at 4:53pm for my 5pm cleaning appointment. I was called in at 5:20pm. This delay caused me to be late for another meeting.
The staff was very friendly and helped me identify a concern I had with my overall dental health.

Best dentist I ve ever been to hands down! I ve had several bad experiences in the past and Dr. Lewis and her staff made me feel very comfortable.

It seems to me lunch takes precedence over customer service and care. I wouldn't schedule an appointment near or around the hours between 11 and 1.

Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist's are amazing with kids and you can they genuinely love what they do. Super educational and fun! My kids ask me when they get to go back to the dentist next because they have such a good experience every time we are there! Wouldn't think to go anywhere else!

The professional, friendly service began with the cold call to set up an appointment asap to remove a crushed tooth and go over orthodontic options.
It continued with the call back and same day appointment. The receptionist, hygienist and dentist were all very warm, caring and friendly.
I intent to switch to Inspire Dental Group as my primary dentist.

Took me in at scheduled appointment time. Efficient with cleaning and friendly. Had to wait for 10 minutes after appointment I make payment, but apologized for wait.

The staff and dentists here are incredible. I ve taken my son, who is almost 2, and he loves his trip to the dentist. They make it enjoyable, take their time if he starts crying or whatever it may be. Top notch care, top notch people!

Great experience my 3 year old! Our hygienist (Tim) made him feel so comfortable, and I think my son legitimately had fun at the dentist. The dentist herself was also wonderful. The whole experience was quick but thorough.

Today was my first visit to Inspire Dental with Dr. Sadler & hygenist Chad. The entire office & staff members were extremely professional! The cleaning was the best cleaning i have ever had! As a new patient all of my questions & concerns were thoroughly answered with a full explanation. I will definetely be referring the rest of my family to Inspire Dental.

This was my first time here and I was very pleased. The staff is really nice and the periodontist is really nice and funny.

West Seneca Pediatric office is Fantastic! Very friendly and attentive staff. My 2 year old and 4 year old both loved it and can't wait to go to the dentist again.

My 11 year old looked at me at the end of the appointment and said " This is the best dentist ever!" The tech Tim had a very cheerful and energetic attitude that my 18 month old even loved. Great experience overall.

First appointment for removing old dental bridge, get rid of decay on middle tooth. Temporary bridge made and inserted. Very little pain, which was taken care of immediately

i have been going to Inspire since it was re-formed from my previous dental office..I have no problems getting an appointment according to my schedule. i have had to have a emergency appointment and was scheduled quickly and seen with professional opinions.I have had extensive work done as well with very little discomfort. I do recommend this office to anyone who is looking to change their previous dentist.. I actually look forward to my 6 month appts !

I have had a wisdom tooth removed this was very painful ,but Dr Abbott has gone above and beyond to keep me comfortable and relieve the pain , taking my calls on weekends and holidays. Thank you very much

The facility was very clean and current is design. My first encounter with a the dental staff was Jillian. She is exceptional. I felt like I've been going there forever. I also met Dee who helped with a couple things and the feeling was the same. Doctor DeRosi was a consummate professional. We planned a treatment program that met my needs and and finances. Glad I chose Inspire.

Loves being able to go to the dentist and get my appointment and my 4 kids'appointment all done simultaneously. The children's hygienists are fabulous and I never worry about the kids while I'm getting my teeth done-- I know they're in great hands!! All 4 of my kids go stress-free....great practice :)

This was my first visit to Inspire Dental, as my former dentist left his practice, and I was due for a cleaning. I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner by the receptionist, hygienist (Wendy), and dentist (Dr. Sadler). Every procedure was explained clearly and any questions I had were answered completely. The rooms and equipment seemed to be modern and state of the art. I was very pleased with my first visit.

The dental. hygienist. Are very friendly . the facility is has a warming environment. Amd the dentist is on schduled you are not left in a room waiting for an extended amount of time waiting to be seen.

I believe the girl's name was Janette who took care of me. She was very pleasant and made me feel relaxed. I would recommend people to come there.

This was my first time with Inspire Dental. Everyone was great at their West Seneca Office to include their front desk, hygienist, and dentist. Friendly staff. Great care. Nice facility. Much better than the dentists I've gone to in two other states where I've lived. Thank-you Inspire Dental Group.
