The hygienist was unnecessarily rough. She failed to do an oral cancer screening. Otherwise I had a good experience.

You never have to wait more than a few minutes when you show up for your appointment. Friendly, courteous and professional. They get you in and out.

Just had s painless cleaning. Who knew going to the dentist could be a comfortable experience.

My son hurt his tooth playing with his brother like a typical 5 year old and it was during closed hours, I called and left a voicemail at the office and they called me back ASAP and got him in first thing the next morning to help him. If I could rate them more stars I would. They made him feel very comfortable and he even got sang to as he was getting his tooth fixed to calm his nerves and she fixed his tooth really fast. I think his favorite was the coin tower where he gets to pick a prize after they fixed his tooth. I myself see Dr. H at the maple office and I never had anything bad to say about that location either. Everyone is super friendly and I recommend everyone to go there if they want to friendly experience and good dental work.

They made my children comfortable enough that we had no issues.

As always, the level of professionalism shows the moment you walk in. The receptionist is friendly and gets you checked in quick. The staff really care about your health and take the time to talk with you while receiving care.

I was very happy with the service .I feel bad that I don't have the young lady that started out with me. She took the first xray on me .then I met Dr .Lewis who explained everything. I need some dental work completed but she has me on a plan. Jeannete cleaned my teeth and she was was very good. Kim at the front desk helped me check out, explained my bill and scheduled my filling with the dentist .Thank you .I was referred by my husband ,

Dr Murz is nothing short of an angel. My daughter has severe doctor/dentist anxiety and refuses most procedures elsewhere. Dr Murz and her team explained all the procedures of a small filling she needed, showed her all the tools, letting her touch them to see they're not sharp or harmful, and as she was filling her small cavity, she recited a poem that lasted the length of the procedure. It keep my daughter distracted and comfortable and not one tear! Later my daughter said it was the best day of her life, no pain, no needles, and a toy from the toy tower. Can't ask for a better, more caring person to treat my daughter.

Dr. Abbott was very professional, patient, and kind as were the two assistants with him.

Got in to the appt timely...always a friendly staff...left with my toothbrush / paste goodie bag

They are always gentle on my teeth but do a great job cleaning. I love how easy it is to set up appointments and reminders via text. The staff are all friendly and provide door to door service every visit. I would recommend them over and over again.

I had to have a tooth pulled because it was cracked in half and the staff was amazing.

Had a chance today to experience the new perio dental equipment - totally awesome. The new thinner dental pic reached deeper for a thorough cleaning without any pain (I have sensitive teeth/gums) plus the addition of listerine mixed with the water was refreshing. Glad to see the new equipment in the office

I was so pleased on our 1st visit. They are incredible with the kids!

I lost a filling over the Thanksgiving holiday. I work out of town on and off so it s hard for me to get in. They squeezed me into Dr. Sadlers Schedule the very next day. He did the work so fast I didn t know he was finished. Checking out took longer than the filling. Truly painless dentistry.

Tim the dental technician was amazing with my son. My son is not even 2 yet so you can imagine trying get him to sit still in a chair and open his mouth hahaha. But Tim was great with him. I would totally recommend this group for children. Not only do they know what they are doing they seem to really enjoy it!

This was my son's first experience going to the dentist and I have to say they were great! Tim our hygenist was great and was very reassuring that my son's fear was normal and was very kind. Highly recommend!!!!

No one called to let us know if we both could be squeezed into the one slot for a "Consultation" for pulling teeth for implants. What kind of crock is that? Its your group- your dentist. We want implants. Just pull the tell for implants. Period.. Its a con to need another appointment just to talk about that. We want out money back for our "smile plan" since this is kind of con game you play.. I doubt this will get posted..

Not too many people like going to the dentist, and I am no exception. We also have to accept the fact that dental health is so important to our overall health, so we go! The services I received at Inspire yesterday were exceptional. I got a very thorough cleaning, and I left feeling (again) good about my experience. I also want to thank the staff for working with me on an issue I brought to their attention before I came.

The people are always very pleasant! Never have a problem getting an appointment when needed! Dr. Sadler is definitely my favorite Dentist!

Dr. Lewis is thorough, efficient, professional, excellent technically, almost a perfectionist I'd say. I really appreciate the care that she gives and the results she achieves. Best dentist I have ever had and at 60 years old, I've had many.

I have been in a couple times now with extreme pain. The staff are very friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and pain free. Always walk out with a smile...... Well I thought I was smiling but I was so numb I was just drooling!

I love Dr Lewis and her staff. I actually think at 57 that she is the best dentist I have had. Kind, intelligent and explains things well. Will never leave Inspire as long as she is there.

I expected this visit to be maybe a cavity. Unfortunately, I needed a root canal. Dr. Sadler was amazing and able to do it immediately. The procedure was quick and painless. Dr. Sadler and the dental assistant were caring and compassionate.

I've been a patient of Dr. Choi's for 4 years now, and once I found out she would be practicing at Inspire, I made sure to change locations. I am always satisfied with the work Dr. Choi does, and have recommended Dr. Choi to many of my friends. Everyone at the office was very friendly and my cleaning turned out great :) I cant wait until my 6 month check up!

I'm happy with the care recieved during my visit. Staff was courteous and helpful. Definately recommend for small children !!!

I am updating my post because I just had another great experience at Inspire Dental Group. I met Dr. DeRose and was treated for TMJ. I have a mouthguard now, that I love. I truly sleep better when wearing it. Dr. DeRose was very thorough, professional and gentle. I would highly recommend Dr. DeRose if you have TMJ or grind your teeth while sleeping.

I am updating my post again. I had another great experience at Inspire Dentistry yesterday. I had a crown done on the last back tooth. Dr. Saddler and his assistant did the procedure with no pain and very little discomfort. Highly recommend them!

I was very happy with my first experience with inspire dental. It was very clean. They were on time, thorough with each step of the appointment, friendly, and willing to answer questions.

Everyone was awesome and made it fun for the kids to get their teeth cleaned! Awesome by all!

Making and changing appointments are easy as reception is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Lewis is excellent. She explains any treatment and allows the time to discuss any questions. The discharge/ scheduling for procedure process is very nice. They print out the cost, insurance coverage and your final cost. No surprises at discharge. It is also very convenient to have General dental, pediatric, oral surgeon and endodontist in one practice. The only down side is the dental hygienists are rarely the same. It would be nice to see more consistency. Each time I go for a cleaning I need to explain the same two sensitive areas. You get this unsettled feeling when someone new is working on your sensitive teeth. Overall though, I recommend Inspire dental.

Great experience. My tooth was infected and they got me in the next morning. Decided I needed a root canal and did it the same day. No pain during treatment and staff was very friendly.

This really is one of the more painless dental practices I have ever experienced! I had been avoiding going to the dentist for a while because of a bad experience elsewhere, but Inspire has helped me overcome my fear by being very patient and working with me.

I have found all the staff to be friendly and professional. This is a great group!

Very nice and inviting office. They always let you know if there is any cost not covered by insurance. And their pediatric dentists are amazing game with my daughter.

Recently took my son for his first visit and was pleasantly surprised with how awesome the whole appointment went! Staff was absolutely wonderful with my toddler and he smiled the whole time. Highly recommend this place. Enjoyable experience all around.

Dr. Sadler is the best dentist ever, I have high anxiety about going to the dentist and he is the most patient Dr ever. I would recommend him to anyone who needs dental work.

This practice not only does quality work, they bend over backwards to accommodate their patients. I had a bridge come loose, and they "squeezed me in" to their schedule to give a root canal and reattach the bridge the next day!

I recently visited Inspire Dental's West Seneca location. I had a lingering issue that needed to be addressed immediately. I contacted Inspire Dental and they did a good job of making sure I'd be able to be seen in a reasonable amount of time. There was a separate issue that did arise but Inspire Dental handled it very quickly.

Their staff was very accommodating and Dr. Lewis was kind and very professional. Thank you for your help.
