Just went for my first visit yesterday. I had been going to a different dental group, but was very dissatisfied with them. Inspire was wonderful. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, and professional, and the work I had done was excellent. I would highly recommend Inspire Dental.
So relieved to finally found a dentist that I m comfortable with. Everyone in the office was extremely kind and helpful especially Jillian. She took the time to listen to my problems and really explained everything and was very caring. So grateful to have found Inspire, it was definitely worth the almost hour drive I made and I look forward to going back.
First time at Inspire; Jillian was an awesome hygienist, very efficient and friendly and was invested in our conversation.
The people at Inspire Dental are great. Dr. Abbott is one of the smartest doctors I know. He also has a great bedside manner. And his assistants that work with him are very personable and knowledgeable. They all work well together as a team. I feel comfortable knowing that I am in good hands when I go for dental work.
Inspire has organized the perfect way to see patients during this time You wait in your car and call in to let them know you are there. They invite you in when they are ready, take your temp quickly by a machine which scans your wrist and then they have you go to a room number. So impressed! I Wish other offices would use this method. I was in a DOCTOR S office the other day where the small waiting room was packed. Made me mad. What are they thinking? Thank you Inspire for looking out for the health of all of us.

I have been going to Dr. Sadler (who is the best!) for years. I followed him to Inspire when they opened in Orch. Park. I find the office to be clean, the employees all friendly and efficient. I like the reminders of appointments-- just to be sure I haven't forgotten. I would recommend Inspire Dental to any & all!

I haven't been to a dentist in longer than I'd like to admit, but I went in today for a cracked tooth and they were all incredibly nice and took great care of me! I already made my next appointment to start coming regularly!
Janelle Hunt is the best dential hygienist ever! My teeth feel so clean and she was very gentle on my gums! My kids also love this place so you know it's good!!!
Great place for the kids. I have 4 boys, they get them in all at once, are patient and excellent with them. My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist.
Excellent customer service from the front desk to the dental assistant. This excellent service contained with the dentist. I was nervous since my child is young and the dentist took the time to explain everything that was being suggested. My daughter was very comfortable with the dentist also. She is typically very shy. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences every time I have gone into the West Seneca office. Some of the employees that I have had the pleasure of meeting and being under their care are most recently are Doctor Lewis, Joanne, Melissa and Kim they are very polite and helpful and make you feel that they are genuinely concerned about you and your problem. I would and have recommended Inspire to some of my friends and will continue to do so.

my husband had a cavity filled here which he had to go back 2x to have repaired....a year later the same tooth was still bothering him so he got a second opinion somewhere else and it turns out that tooth is now infected because they drilled too far down and killed the root... now he needs a root canal done and antibiotics.
How many people do you know who look forward to going to their dental practice? I do! Everybody at Inspire is so nice, but I especially love my dental hygienist Tim. He's the best. What a great outlook on life. We always share goofy one line jokes suitable for children. And we laugh a lot. Laughter IS the best medicine.

I had a root canal done today, barely felt anything while he numbed the area around the tooth. They use that green stretchy stuff to cover your mouth so debris doesn't get in there. Took longer than anticipated as I had a fourth canal they didn't see on the initial X-ray. So I go back in a month to get the crown. The assistant missed her lunch and she never complained about it. Her and the Orthodontist were very friendly and kept making sure I was ok.

Two of my fillings needed to be replaced , I was in massive pain, they got the job done and worked with me on my payment....
I just left with my twin boys (3 years old) for their first visit to the dentist. Both boys were apprehensive and one was down right terrified. Tim was super awesome and incredibly engaging and friendly with the boys. He took his time showing them all the equipment and letting them help him use his tools. By the end of the visit, my terrified son actually let Tim carry him to pick a special prize. A victory that only a mother of a clingy kid can really appreciate. The Doctor who checked their teeth for cavaties was very soft spoken and calm which helped ease their fears as well.

We had a wonderful experience at Inspire Dental Group. My toddler had his first dentist appointment there this morning and he literally said after the appointment, That was so fun! The staff made it a very comfortable and fun experience.

My wife took our son who is 3yrs old there for the third time. Tim was absolutely great with our son who has sensory problems. Both times prior he was terrified to even let any instrument come near his mouth. With Tim being so calm, fun, and easy going he made our son feel very comfortable. He made it thru an entire cleaning without trying to slide off the chair. Very personable staff. Definitely would recommend coming to this dental office for kids!

From the ease of making a new patient appointment online, the efficient staff at the front desk and the wonderful hygienist, I am so happy that I found this group. Dr Sadler was very nice and thorough and explained everything he was doing for my crown. I would highly recommend this office.
I went there for interview, the doctor who interviewed me was racist, he was asking me about my views on 911 and Osama bin Laden after 5 min we meet. I was so surprised on these questions as I was an international student. He was questioning me what kind of clothes I wear,It was very personal questions. These kind of questions were very irrelevant rather than asking about my job experience and personality related questions. I have given interviews from which I have learned but this interview at buffalo amherst was a uncomfortable and terrible experience.
Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, especially my hygenist (I believe her name was Krista). I hadn t been to a dentist in a few years and now we very nervous about the condition my teeth were in but I didn t feel judged at all. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Very patient focused practice. Moved my entire household of 7 there when it opened - so glad I did. They use new technologies - i.e. sending text message appointment reminders.
Inspire Dental provides fast professional service. The buildings are clean, neat and everyone works promptly. I've had very good outcomes with the dental work.
They are also very good at ensuring that your insurance covers the work that you need. Everyone needs an advocate with the insurance companies.
I have had a considerable amount of dental work, owing to my failure to maintain my teeth during my youth. Dr. Sadler and Inspire Dental have provided all of the services I require in a very competent manner.
Felt very misinformed. Came in for an Emergency. We have no insurance but we re told we could buy a package deal for $299 eCh person which includes cleaning, xrays and the like and a 15% discount on everything else..
Then get the estimate for one root canal being $1200! But with the discount that is only $1096. Oh, want a crown with that? add yet more, but how much, we ll we will have to see if the filling will stick.
Never mind- pull it- how much is an implant:.
ready? Could be up to $4000. really? for one tooth? maybe 2. But probably somewhere in the middle. so even at $2000 for one tooth- plus the extractions plus the x-ray- would it then cost over $75000 to do my whole mouth? how do dental centers do it all for 25g?
Oh. and HAD to buy the dental savings plan before i got any of these estimates. We try to save you money on that first visit they said.
I said- if your first visit was more impressive i would want to hug it. why not get my trust and offer the plan to KEEP me, not trap me.

We use to go somewhere else then when we found out Alana left there and came to inspire we switched she is the best treats everyone like there family. Alana does 150% job cleaning and is gental she is not there to rush the job to get people in and out. All of the doctors are very nice and take there time to explain a,nd explain as they go. My grand
children also go to i nspire and they are Mr Tim who also is the best and funny is very
funny man and is GREAT with kids. You are very very lucky to have them part of your staff

From the moment I walked in for my appointment I was welcomed by Amanda, receptionist who made me very comfortable, answered my billing questions and overall very pleasant. Dr Lewis and her two assistants could not have been more accommodating, professional and casual. Made me very relaxed and at ease. I highly recommend Inspire for any dental needs. I do believe I have finally found where I need to be going for ALL of my dental work. After having an array of dental problems all my life, it's so nice to know that everything I need can be done in one place with less than half the appointments and discomfort I've experienced in the past. They are extremely accommodating and they do everything to make you feel comfortable. I'm already loving my new smile and I'm not near being finished! Thank you! My husband and daughter will be switching over to Inspire Dental very soon, and I have already recommended Dr. Sadler to other family members as well. Needless to say, I am very pleased!
Inspire Dental definitely deserves a 5 star review! My son(2 year old) had his first dental visit there yesterday morning. I was a little nervous about how it would go. Timothy was amazing from the moment he met us. He made my son, Harrison, feel extremely comfortable and engaged. He included him in the process of everything he was going to be doing, down to each tool, and it couldn t have gone any better! The dentist was also very gentle and lovely. Harrison is now asking to go back to the Dentist. This place is great!
This was the 2nd visit to inspire dental. A visit first to the Delaware facility and Second to Orchard Park. I received excellent care at both . The staff is friendly and efficient. There was little wait time . I would highly recommend inspire dental.
The girl that cleans my teeth is amazing. Every time I learn something new about my teeth. The doctor that saw me at the end was very informative as well. Very easy going place. I highly recommend her and this place.
I must say first, I am not a fan of going to the Dentist. With that said, Dr. Lewis and Wendy (hygienist) made my visit calming, fast and upbeat. I would recommend their services..

Did not care for the hygienist. I pointed out a nasty dust buildup on the walls near a vent, and she completely ignored me. Any room used to conduct hygiene Should be clean, don t you think.
Also, I am now being charged an up-charge without an explanation. Apparently, the material you have used in the past, for crowns breaks down too quickly, now porcelain will be used for a hundred dollars more per tooth. The last several visits required a fee for a service previously provided by the dental insurance at no additional cost.
Since, you have clearly decided to take money out of my pocket, I will begin to look for another provider.

I love Inspire Dental. Dr. Lewis is awesome. I decided to replace two crowns that are very old. I was so nervous and she calmed me down. I felt no pain during the procedure and it was finished very quickly. Dr. Lewis explained the procedure to me so I understood what would happens next. My son also goes to Inspire for his braces. He has also had a good experience. The staff is very polite and attentive. Cleaning are a breeeze as well. Kudos to Inspire Dental. My teeth look great, I m always getting compliments on my smile!
