Love how they make you feel comfortable when you have anxiety about being there.

The staff at Inspire Dental West Seneca office has always treated me well and made me feel comfortable considering the dentist always makes me nervous. They explain everything clearly and get me in for appointments in a timely fashion. After my first visit I transferred my entire family over here.

I absolutely LOVE this dentist office! Extremely kid-friendly, staff was awesome and they made my 2 & 3 year olds experience very fun and silly while still providing optimal dental dental care.

Dr.Abbott is very kind gentle and patient dentist. He took the time to explain my options and then his staff followed up with the financial plan. Wish they were in a fourth location like Thruway plaza. On bus route with plenty of parking

Tim was wonderful with my daughter! This man is great at what he does! We had such a great experience, we finally found a dentist that we will stick with!

Everything is excellent at Inspire from the dentists and other people who work there to the dental treatment you receive.

BE AWARE!! Just took my daughter for a cleaning that literally took 2 minutes. She was scraped for 1 flossed for the other.

SAME PRICE $155.00 Not discounted at all. I don't think this is ethical.

BTW I had my teeth cleaned, polished, with examination in August, and still WAY cheaper than $155.00. They couldn't use the cavitron (totally different Dentist not affiliated with INSPIRE). (CDC guidelines not mandates haven't changed since then)

Had a fractured tooth... was in so much pain...Dr.Abbott and Mary Beth took great care of me... got me in, got the tooth out, and home resting!! Thank you!

My son has been coming here since he was little, little and he's 8 now...the staff is Wonderful and Dr. Tim is Amazing, my son Loves him and both of my girl had him when he was at Buffalo Children's and Loved him...Great Atmosphere and You Always Feel Welcomed

Everything was perfectly planned out with covid safety in mind. I was in and out within 35 mins for a cleaning which is exceptional!

The receptionist is incompetent and discourteous which is apparently acceptable for this business. Ronald Sadler audaciously defended his employee using belittling remarks! I will gladly be finding a new dentist office where professionalism is paramount.

So far so good. Really liked Michelle Lewis, very professional and knowledgeable . Very good no bull. Good people , does good work.The staff is excellent.

Everyone is very nice. I had a deep cleaning and had no pain very gentle They tell you before you have work done how much it is. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist

I had an appointment scheduled for a filling made over 2 months ago I received a text message and email confirming my appointment at 10:01am the day of the 12:00pm appointment. 15 minutes later I received a call cancelling my appointment. They cancelled my appointment 1 hour out. They also charge for missed appointments of less than 24 hours notice. I am now waiting another 2 weeks to get in. Very unprofessional and not accommodating at all. Look elsewhere if you are a new patient.

Chad did my teeth cleaning today and he was wonderful! Very concerned with my comfort and extremely thorough! Great experience!

Filling color was perfectly matched and overall looked just like natural tooth in texture and color.

Dr Abbott and his team are the best, I couldn't be more satisfied, I'm in my 50's and have had different dentists in my life all who were good doctor's, I rank Dr Abbott and the Inspire group to be the finest

Ive had 2 visits to the west Seneca office and im scheduled for 5 visits total for my current treatment but ill be staying with inspire & Dr Abbott for years too come...They do an excellent job and spend the time with each patient

This was my sons first time at the dentist and I could not be more impressed. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They had me and my son laughing and really made it an enjoyable experience. I can t wait for his next check up! I highly recommend for pediatric.

Honestly,going to the dentist or periodontist is brutal right? What i had done (extraction and surgery) is scarry, but Dr. Dokko and Nancy are fabulous! Felt nothing during, and the after instructions were well explained with meds tohelp. 2 more quads to go....see u soon Inspire Dental

Outstanding experience. This was my first visit. They made me feel extremely comfortable and were unbelievably accommodating in handling my needs. Handled not only a cleaning today, but at my request, also took care of a root canal and crown. I was extremely impressed with the urgency and compassion in which they took care of my concerns. I would definitely recommend them to others!

I'm fairly new to the office and have had two cleanings so far. Both experiences have been great! A great Dentist is nothing without a great Hygienist, and they have both here!

The separate kids area is great and they all love the Hygienists!

Brought my daughter in for her for visit with this dentist office for the first time. Had nasty experiences at other dentist offices. Inspire pediatric dental is AMAZING!!!! If there was an option to give 10 stars I'd do that in a heartbeat. Extremely friendly and very helpful staff and the dentist was just as amazing. My only regret is not finding them sooner. Definitely recommend this dental office to all adults and pediatric ages!

Everyone here is very friendly and I almost never have to wait. They are thorough and can answer all of my questions.

Awful place to deal with. They don't honor appointments you have set up months in advance. Consistently try to get you to reschedule these appointments, or send you to their other locations. Strongly advise looking in a different direction for dental care.

Very pleasant first experience! Thorough and went above and beyond! Very happy to have chosen this business for me and my family, great that it will be one stop for my kids when they need ortho for braces too! From the moment you walk in, till you leave staff great!

I shopped for dentists for years and never found the perfect fit. I now have been going here for years and will never change. Dr. Lewis is amazing and her assistant Joanne is the best. Joanne eases me, and explains everything in terms I can understand. Their treatment plans leave no surprises and they do all the ground work on my insurance and any final costs. I absolutely love it there.

I love coming on Saturday, its not busy and I never wait more than a few minutes. The staff are friendly and are knowledgeable. I haven't had any problems. I also had an ortho consult before and they really took their time to explain things.

Love the orthodontist office here! My teeth are not in the best shape and literally all the ladies are so nice and non-judgmental! They all remember me every time I visit and are very supportive and excited about my treatment!

I have always been afraid of going to the dentist for years and inspire dental was honestly the best! From being greeted to getting assistance with paperwork, all the way to getting my teeth cleaned and looked at. The dental hygienist was very diligent and accommodating to my anxiety. My dentist actually took the time to give a detail explanation of future procedures and steps to take to ensure i get the smile i deserve :)

I have always been fearful of going to the dentist. I m young and teeth issues run in my family, which can not only be embarrassing but expensive. I see Dr. DeRose and he is by far the kindest, most compassionate dentist I have ever seen. He is honest, will give you all options in case you are not financially secure to do what is the absolute best at the moment, and does really flawless work. I always tell friends and family he is a perfectionist. He wants to make sure the work he does is beyond satisfactory and you are comfortable with it. If you want quality work that will last and solve any issue you may be having, I honestly and whole heartedly recommend going to him. He is upfront and always lets you know what he is doing and what possible treatment plans are available for you to meet your needs.

My kids LOVE going to the dentist! Tim, our pediatric dental hygienist is so funny. He uses his seemingly endless energy and humor to put the kids at ease - and it works! He is also extremely knowledgeable and observant. He noticed my son clearing his throat and asked about it, did further examination feeling for abnormal nodes, and gave us a print of his xray to share with our ENT. I would never have thought to ask the dentist for help in diagnosing the cause of these symptoms. You can tell Tim truly loves his work!

I wasted the expense of a flight on spring break home because during the consult they didn't pay attention to the fact that I had said I'd be flying back to school a week after having work done. I reminded them of this fact the day of procedure and was told they couldn't proceed.
