Our company sent gauge blocks to be calibrated and they were sent back via FedEx ground. Never received the gauge blocks and Inspec has done nothing to try to resolve the lost shipment. Will never use this company again.

Claimed my parts were bad. Aluminum diameter 1.624 failed by .00001 They used a CMM. Do not CMM's have a +- .02MM accuracy? And no mention of CMC on their paperwork. CMC is how accurate their numbers are and temp of parts and room. Free toilet paper?
